Joy's place is such a lovely and peaceful retreat! You can really tell how much love and attention she has put into making it special. It's quiet and absolutely beautiful. Plus, the river is just a short walk from her place —perfect for a little adventure!

Claudia's place was perfect after a long day of hiking! It was very comfortable in a lovely setting surrounded by madrones. We would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I had a great time staying in Haley’s guest suite. Haley was very attentive and responsive and the suite itself was immaculate and very well taken-care of. We look forward to staying here the next time we visit Redding and would recommend it to anyone.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and very cute. It was conveniently located and had all the necessities needed for a long weekend.

Nancy was a great host - very attentive and a great communicator. She provided tips on the area that helped make our stay memorable. The space itself was exactly what we needed, which was a place to land each evening after a day full of exploring the beautiful redwoods and all the area holds. We’d love to go back again!

Cyndi’s accommodations were just as described. I initially read all the reviews and was a bit hesitant as two different reviews complained about the road noise. We never had an issue with road noise. The only issue was the neighbors loud AC unit. Fortunately they ran it only in the daytime when we were gone most of the time. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t very pleasant most of the time we were there; chilly, windy and rainy so we didn’t get to enjoy the lovely patio by the river. If we come up to visit our friend again we would surely stay there again.

This truly was a very comfortable and cozy space! Very safe neighborhood, close to some amazing restaurants we tried, loved the rain shower! Water pressure and hot water was great! The extra bed they provide for the living room if you need another bed was very comfortable as well! Loved the set up and the private backyard space. The hostess also quick to respond with any questions we had which was very nice!

This is my 2nd time staying here and it’s a great place and location! The Airbnb has everything you could need (ie snacks, shampoo, etc). The Airbnb has a lot of super cute decorations that add a lot of character.

I had a very enjoyable stay. Everything I wanted to see was within an hour or less. The room was clean, the location peaceful. An added bonus was the Hammond Trail, just across the street. Ella was very good about checking to make sure if I needed anything. I highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to visit the area, and have some peace and quiet too. 5 Stars!

Beautiful peaceful surroundings allowed us to enjoy the nature all around the cottage. Inside we found everything to make our stay very comfortable. Having a fast EV charger was a plus! We also appreciated the opportunities to compost and recycle. Fresh eggs from Rosemary”s chickens were the best!

As when I stayed here last year with a friend, Eric proved to be a very accommodating host. The place is small with a limited kitchen but ample for simple meals and a cozy stay. I am a walker and appreciate that the location makes for a pleasant ramble through a residential neighborhood to downtown or a detour to the upper end of Lilith Park. I also love sitting, eating, and relaxing in the garden area.

Cute little cottage in a nice neighborhood, peaceful outside spot with a view. Close to Jacksonville and Medford. Clean, well kept home and yard. Host was responsive when texted for information.

Richard hosts an ideal airbnb! When you are looking for a great place to stay you want it to be what Richard has provided. A clean comfy place that’s exactly what we needed for our night in Brookings. He is very responsive and able to help with anything you will need including great local recommendations. A gem of a stay!

Great space, cute and private. It had a small dinette area and everything you need. Small fridge, dishes, utensils, Keurig and coffee pods, etc The linens were clean and smelled great (I’m picky) :) Huge smart TV. Overall, great value for the space. Very sweet family. Thanks for having me.

I booked this stay for only a few days but I wished I booked it for the full 2 weeks I was out in grants pass. nice quiet neighborhood and everything you need is close by

Christina was an excellent host and her spot is exactly as described; peaceful, beautiful and scenic. She was very helpful in letting me know the various activities to do around the area. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the massive oak tree as a part of our view was breathtaking. Highly recommend!

Beautiful area and accommodations. Very well appointed with all you need! Karen responded timely and with very helpful advice Comfortable sleeping, great for dining in, peaceful!!! Very clean! Cool breeze and quiet! Loved the patio setting overlooking the pacific. Watch out for the end of the stairs to the beach…crawl for safety! Don’t depend the railing for support. Use caution as advised. Once down on beach it was fun exploring tide pools and rocks. Saw starfish, bird life and wonder Pacific tide! Sitting around the patio was delightful with the beautiful geraniums and other flowers. Breathtaking views. We slept very well. Nicely equipped for quiet rest.

Marc’s Airbnb was cozy, clean, and conveniently located near restaurants and off the freeway. Kitchen had a microwave and fridge and bathroom had a bathtub, which we appreciated for the kids. Marc communicated check-in instructions clearly and was responsive. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Karin's Stone's Throw Bungalow offered a private, quiet, comfortable, clean, relaxed space that was close (1/2 mile walk down neighborhood streets) to a wonderful, local coffee shop for our morning coffee (restaurants, theatres, and shops were nearby also). She provided us with wonderful towels and sheets, as well as a goodie assortment that included locally baked goods, wine and fruit that lasted our entire stay. Thank you, Karin and Guy!! We look forward to staying at the bungalow on our next trip to Ashland.
