Great location for visiting the redwoods. Big kitchen with lots of extras. We loved the fire pit in the nicely landscaped back yard. Nice family time in the back yard at night.

Very cozy home! Beautiful pool and outdoor space! The neighborhood is very friendly and we enjoyed our walks in the morning.

This house was perfect to accommodate our family’s visit to the Redding area for a wedding! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the house met all our needs for a nice space to relax and visit during a hot temperature weekend! The game room was a big hit with our young grandsons! Would definitely stay again!

Similar to another guest I was a little nervous about having a shared back yard/pool but it wasn’t a problem at all. I stayed here on a trip with my 3 teenagers. The house had everything needed and the beds were comfortable. I especially appreciated the large quantity of towels available. So convenient. And plenty of hot water. The yard is really pretty, and the fruit trees make it feel like a country oasis.

Great place to spend some time with my family. Had a small family reunion and there was plenty of room for everyone. Yard game and big pool for the kids. Had an amazing time, we would definitely stay again.

Perfect home away from home. This was a clean, peaceful, charming, home with incredible access to the river path with great walking. Perfect for dogs or kids. Amazing coffee shop walking distance called Forge with yummy toast and cute patio. Nice dinner spot also around the corner. Safe ample parking and nice dining and living rooms. Comfortable beds and our favorite part was the shower with incredible shower pressure!!! Would definitely return!

We totally enjoyed Kenton’s house. It was serene and has a breathtaking view. It was actually even nicer than the photos in the listing. We loved hearing the sea lions barking and saw a few whale spouts. I would definitely recommend ( but selfishly want to make sure it’s available next time!) 😊

We Loved our stay at Donna’s place. We spent a week driving down the Oregon coast and stayed in multiple Airbnbs and this was our favorite by far! It was a welcomed surprised to have a clean, updated, open space to call our own and feel relaxed. We also loved how close it was to the Samuel Boardman viewpoints, Harris beach and Jedediah Smith park. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Absolutely better than expected. All amenities that anyone would need. Ken is a wonderful host, made sure that we were happy there. A wonderful place to spend our 44th wedding anniversary. And Father's day. My hubby caught 12 fish off shore. Highly recommend, we'll be back. The best place ever for relaxation. So clean and comfortable. Ken is 5 star host. Beautiful property. 6 deers last night and a buck this morning...who could ask for more. Thank you.

If you want someplace where it feels like you’re staying with a friend this would be it when we arrived. There were warm cookies and a lit candle. They also had dog bones and instructions for our dock. The kitchen was incredibly well supplied, but throughout the house there were so many nice touches fresh flowers, everywhere, and living plants that added a lot to the atmosphere just nice subtle touches. If we had to find anything wrong with the place, it would be really really hard but since you insist the refrigerator should be swinging on the left and not the right. And that’s how petty we would have to be to find anything wrong with this place. We would come again in a heartbeat and really appreciate the effort they put in to making our stay exceptionally nice. There numerous bird houses outside in the yard that attract all sorts of wildlife to the area. The front lawn is suitable for children to play on or your dogs to throw a ball with. We loved our stay.

This place was a gem! Had a pleasant stay and love that they were so welcoming to my fur babies. Would definitely come back.

This is a special place and a special host. The space is light and airy, beautifully furnished and decorated, with many lovely touches. The kitchen was generously stocked. There were even fresh flowers in several places throughout the bungalow. The garden was a delight, with many nooks for sitting or stretching out, and flagstones with little blue flowers in between. Tambo has a special gift for true hospitality. Everywhere you looked you could see the touch of an artist, and a desire for her guests to have a joyful stay.

A very cute little place in the mountains! Very warm and cozy and felt like home! Very clean and would stay again! Two people in our party of 4 are 6’5” so they found the beds uncomfortable due to having a railing at the foot of the bed so something to think about if you have a tall party! Rooms do get a little toasty without window A/C but living area well controlled by split unit! Host is great and location close to lots of hiking! Town itself is a little dead but a very quiet place to be!

We've stayed at many vacation rentals over the years, and in fact have one of our own. Even so, Julee and Matt's place stood out as among the very top tier of all them all. Leading up to our stay, they answered our questions very clearly, quickly, and helpfully. Check-in was very easy. And the accomodations were simply superb. High quality furniture and accessories, comfortable bed, luxurious towels and washcloths, rooms were incredibly tidy and immaculately clean, spacious and uncluttered. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful and the area down by the river gorgeous with roses and Jasmine; beautiful and restful. Highly recommend.

Staying with Norma was a great experience. They were extremely nice to myself and my bridesmaids when we stayed here for my wedding weekend. Patterson Creek is beautiful and we love being out and away from most things. Couldn't recommend it this place enough if you want a peaceful, quiet retreat in the woods!

Seth is an amazing host. Responds are timely and helpful. The house is clean and new. High end appliances and furniture. The kitchen is especially impressive, and yes the knifes are sharp! We saw fox and deer during our stay and enjoyed the wonderful view. Thank you for sharing this great place.

We’ve stayed at quite a few Air B and B’s around the world, and this was without a doubt one of the most beautiful, places that we have ever had the pleasure of staying! The out door deck area and landscaped fire pit/sitting area is absolutely gorgeous! Sitting at hilltop height, we could view the beach as well as near by hills with ever changing clouds, hawks, humming birds etc, that made being outside an amazing experience! The cabin was not only very comfortable, but also contained a lot of thoughtful, clever interior design features. This location comes with our highest recommendation!

Crystal was accommodating and very responsive. The place was perfect for what we needed and I would definitely stay again.

Cricket was an amazing host. Our stay was fantastic and the home exceeded our expectations. We had four adults and two small dogs staying at the house and we were quite comfortable. Recommend Cricket's house for your stay.

The home was pristine! So clean and still smelled new. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our favorite part was coffee in the morning on the deck while looking into the trees. Only drawback is the mosquitoes in the evening! Man, they ruined happy hour. The owners supplied bug spray though, which was thoughtful. Overall, we had an incredible stay. If we were in the area, we would definitely stay again. Thanks!!

What can I say other than that Alex & Allison's place checked all the boxes!!! Great eclectic retreat with cool ambiance. Well furnished and supper comfortable. Really nice place! Alex & Allison we're extremely responsive (pretty much immediate) when messaged and the instruction booklet in the kitchen and the arrival instructions were exactly on spot :>) To me having a responsive host is part of what makes a place special and it was wonderful communicating with them. If looking for a special, comfortable and unique place in this area with great hosts I would definitely recommend this place?
