Considering the central location of this little gem, it is amazingly peaceful. To add to this charm, the cottage is fresh & bright with a lovely view across the valley. What a joy to walk across the street to the theater & dinner without parking issues. Besides being clean & safe, I like the king size bed, the fireplace, the choice of large tub or shower, the heated bathroom floor, and the little yard, the most. Charging is available for your electric cars in the upper parking area.

This home is country style, quietly nestled in the pine trees. A well equipped kitchen with a dining booth. Large living room with wood stove and smart TV. Views of Mt. Shasta right out the windows. Two bedrooms with one bathroom downstairs. Master suite with bathroom and incredible views upstairs. Very cozy home with quilts and local art. Watch the sunset or soak in the oversized tub while a fire crackles downstairs. This cabin is surrounded by song birds year round, with resident bald eagles and great horned owls all in this last grove of old growth Ponderosa Pines on Agency Lake. The lake is great for paddling but can be too much algae sometimes for swimming.
