Meine Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe von Klagenfurt (8 km) und dem Wörthersee (5 km). Sie ist direkt am Rauschelesee, einem kleinen im Landschaftsschutzgebiet liegenden warmen Badesee gelegen. Zum Flughafen Klagenfurt sind es ca. 14 km. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben, wenn du das Ursprüngliche suchst, Naturnähe bevorzugst, es liebst am Wasser zu wohnen und Freude an der Begegnung mit weltoffenen Menschen hast.

Lovingly furnished 3 room apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden and a refreshing natural swimming pond in the middle of the Rose Valley awaits nature-loving guests who are looking for a special ambience. The apartment with around 75m2 is divided into two bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a large bathroom and a study. Outside, the garden and the natural swimming pond can be used in summer and winter. There is a special surprise for children: our 5 dwarf goats.

Ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Möglichkeit ein Kinder- oder Klappbett aufzustellen. Das Hochbett über dem Wohnzimmer ist der Lieblingsplatz für Kinder ab ca. 4 Jahren. Own small house with garden and balcony. Very centrally located in the center of Klagenfurt. The city center is only 2-3 minutes walk away. Direct proximity to the Lendhafen, where several nice coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets can be found. The Wörthersee (lake) is also in the immediate vicinity and can be reached very well in a short time on foot or by bike (Lendradweg) or by public transport.

Beautiful house by the river with access to water

The house is directly located at the river and within 10 minutes you are right at the lake. Next to the house is the restaurant / bar 151, which is known for its cocktails and excellent cuisine. The Maria Loretto restaurant can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. From there you can enjoy a dreamy view of the lake and the Karawanken with delicious drinks.
