Lifts and cross-country ski run within walking distance and outdoor pool 200 m away. A local overnight stay tax is still due per stay, which must be paid locally. Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland.
