Close to the lake, quiet area surrounded by forest. Simple, older, small cabin, fully equipped. 15-minute drive to Kristiansand city center, the golf club, Dyreparken, the shopping center (Sørlandssenteret), and Aquarama (Badeland), and it is about 1.5 km from the lake (Justvik marina). The cabin is located in a peaceful area close to Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches, and a barbecue area. Great hiking areas with marked trails. Nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cabin (open until 23:00 man - Saturday).

The cabin has a large jetty on the downside of the cabin. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest bathing temperature in the sea/Norway (travel radio). Short distance to the zoo, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope on the front side but with a fence. Has a parking space with a main road to the cabin and with the cabin, a somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Large jetty with table and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV screens. Here you are the closest neighbor to Fiskebrygga and the cultural attractions Kunstsilo and Kilden. From the apartment you can stroll down to the jetty and take a refreshing morning swim, eat at the Factory or enjoy something good in the glass at Gvino wine bar. On beautiful Odderøya there are great hiking opportunities, a climbing park and a new park area with playground equipment. Short distance to Bystranda, Aquarama and Kvadraturen.

Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.

Hytten er godt isolert og har en vedovn klar til bruk.Hytten består ellers av et lite kjøkken,toalett,ett soverom og hems med dobbel seng. Sovesofa med plass til 2 i stuen.Uteområdet inneholder et stort spisebord, bålpanne og en hengekøye. Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.

The house has a lot of nice hiking terrain nearby and good sun conditions from morning to evening.
