Close to the lake, quiet area surrounded by forest. Simple, older, small cabin, fully equipped. 15-minute drive to Kristiansand city center, the golf club, Dyreparken, the shopping center (Sørlandssenteret), and Aquarama (Badeland), and it is about 1.5 km from the lake (Justvik marina). The cabin is located in a peaceful area close to Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches, and a barbecue area. Great hiking areas with marked trails. Nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cabin (open until 23:00 man - Saturday).

The cabin has a large jetty on the downside of the cabin. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest bathing temperature in the sea/Norway (travel radio). Short distance to the zoo, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope on the front side but with a fence. Has a parking space with a main road to the cabin and with the cabin, a somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

There are two bathrooms, with shower and toilet. Nice terrace and outdoor area. Electric vehicle charging is included. Flekkerøy, is 15 km from Kristiansand city center, toll-free tunnel.

Cozy little house in Blindleia. Close to the Zoo

The house is located at the very end of the road, so there is no traffic in the area. 70 meters to the beach and jetty with boat that is included in the rent. New Pioner 14 boat with 9.9 Yamaha engine, electric start, and chartplotter. Long beach that is suitable for the little ones. Large lawn with trampoline by the beach. Sup boards and kayaks can be borrowed. By boat you are in Norway's finest archipelago with many small islets and islands. Sauna available for tenants.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.
