I stayed at Ruslan's for 8 nights in June. I loved the fact that the village was very quiet and not much was going on. The room was clean, Ruslan was very quick in answering any questions, the cleaning lady was a sweetheart. The location is good. It's close to Veleka beach and has the vegetable store and a very nice restaurant right across. I will probably come back again, when in Sinemorets. However, there was one thing I was dissapointed about at my arrival, which was my own fault for not checking the adress on GMaps. I am puting it out here for other dreamers like myself. Because of the pictures with Veleka beach and the horses, I got the impression that that was the view from the room and that the house is located directly to the beach. :P My fault! All in all, it's really a good place and I recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay at this lovely house located in the centre of beautiful Ahtopol. The place is cozy and comfortable, the rooms are large enough. The best part for me and my dog was the the fact that there is a lovely little yard where we spent 90% of the time while on premises and the hosts. Can’t say enough good things about them. The location is meters away from the main street, yet far enough not to be bothered by the noise coming from it. The beach is a mere 10 minute walk. I would definitely recommend it.

Ev fotoğraflarda gösterildiği sıcak,samimi ve tertemiz. ev sahipleri çok ilgiliydi her türlü ihtiyacımıza en kısa sürede dönüş yaptılar. Çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar tekrar gitmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer :))

Nikki was a friendly host, super responsive and kind! We had informed him that I was working remotely during our stay and he brought a desk to make it more convenient. He also offered giving us an umbrella for the beach as we didn’t have one. Moreover, his apartment was spotless and super cozy - we'd definitely be looking to come back again for a longer stay :)

Отличный дом в живописной местности.Абсотная тишина,только пенье птиц.Необыкновенный воздух. Чисто,уютно,есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания,замечательная территория вокруг дома. Микроволновка,кофемашина,тостер,миксер.Есть капсулы для посудомойки и стиральной машины. Много посуды,полотенец. Хозяин отвечает очень быстро. Этот дом одно удовольствие и радость.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit dem Blick auf das Schwarze Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns wie zur Familie zugehörig gefühlt, denn die Eltern von Feyza sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit!

Arabamızın İğneada'ya 60 km kala yolda kalmasıyla tatsız bir şekilde başlayan bir haftalık İğneada seyahatimiz çekiciyle gitmek zorunda kaldığımız ve görsellerdekinin bire bir aynısı olan eve ulaştığımızda Emine Hanım'ın samimi tavrı ve güleryüzüyle şenlendi. Evi tertemiz teslim aldık. Öncesinde evsahibinden bölgeye ilişkin çok güzel yönlendirmeler ve öneriler aldık. Dingin bir tatil istiyorduk. Emine Hanım'ın şirin evinin konumu ve çok sevdiğimiz bahçesi sayesinde güzelce dinlendiğimiz bir tatil oldu. Keşke İğneada Ankara'ya bu kadar uzak olmasa :)
