Asunto oli todella siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Sijainti erinomainen, pystyi kävelemällä kulkea kaupungilla ja auton sai halliin parkkiin. Ida vastas tosi nopeasti ja ohjeistukset todella selkeät.

Estuvimos con nuestros tres hijos en Semana Santa y una estancia perfecta. Nos pareció que la realidad de la casa superaba en mucho a las fotos del anuncio. Por encima de nuestras expectativas. Urho muy amable, nos recibió, nos enseñó la casa, nos explicó con detalle y nos dio sugerencias locales. La casa muy bien localizada, en calle muy tranquila y con plaza de aparcamiento muy cómoda. Cerca de todo en Rovaniemi y muy bien comunicada para salir en coche. Muy confortable y acogedor, pasamos unos días muy cómodos y como en nuestra casa. La sauna, un valor añadido y una forma de probar costumbres finlandesas La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario, con electrodomésticos nuevos y no echamos en falta nada. Un placer haber conocido a Urho y volveríamos sin dudarlo si repetimos destino!!

Laura and Antti were great hosts who responded quickly. We had a great stay with a child. The apartment had everything we needed for two-nights-stay. The location could not be better - everything was at walking distance and the view from living room was great. Highly recommended!

We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

Superbe environnement. Balade en raquettes et ski de fond sur la rivière, aurores boréales formidables, ... Très jolie cabane rénovée avec goût et du bon matériel. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir l'été tester le sauna extérieur et le bain à remous.

Ik heb een paar dagen verbleven in het huis van Sonja. Het was een goede keuze. Het is erg rustig gelegen maar toch met een auto dichtbij de supermarkten en andere winkels. Het huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De hout sauna is heerlijk en het afkoelen in de sneeuw daarna is iets wat je gedaan moet hebben. Wandelingen maken op de bevroren rivier was heerlijk om te doen. Al met al een huis op een mooie lokatie met goed uitzicht en een fijn bed! Zeker een aanrader. Zelf ook alle drie de nachten het noorderlicht mogen aanschouwen!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Alles war genau wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar besser. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Besonders schön fanden wir die ruhige Lage und die gemütliche Atmosphäre – der perfekte Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

The accommodation was perfect for our stay in Rovaniemi. The flat is very central and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The flat is furnished to a very high standard and you immediately feel at home. I can really recommend it! Leena is a great host and was always easy to contact.

Hôte très sympathique nous avons été bien accueillis. Asko a pris le temps de nous expliquer comment fonctionnait les différents équipements du logement et nous a donnés plusieurs conseils pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotless, cosy, and felt just like home. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the city centre and the Arktikum museum, making it easy to explore. Everything was well-equipped, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Abel was an amazing host, very responsive and flexible, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his hospitality. There was nothing to fault, and we loved every moment spent here. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The attention to detail made our experience even better. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a clean, cosy, and well-located place, this is it! kiki's place is about 15mins walk to the city centre (~1km). it was okay for us to walk to and fro daily (had to clock in those steps! 😂). otherwise, the stay was amazinggggg!! her place felt so warm & cozy. there was also a file with instructions and even recommendations on the activities that we can do here! it's also a short walk away from the museum—Arktikum.

I stayed for a really short time as I had a flight to catch early in the morning. Great place , very near to all the city attractions and well maintained
