The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. It is also an ideal base for climbing at the foot of Yatsugatake. There is also a 7-Eleven, coin laundry and restaurant within a 1-minute walk. JA Pia Midori Supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. Hot springs nearby include Jomon-no-Yu and Shiokama-no-Yu. It is refreshing because of its location at an altitude of 1000 m. The host is always available, so please ask if you have any questions. You can also walk to the bus stop. Kayano Station is a 10-minute drive. Suwa Interchange is 9.4 km and 15 minutes away by car.
