There are daily necessities, so I recommend it for those who want to experience Sapporo life. It is a little inconvenient, a 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, and a 20-minute walk from Kitajo Station on the Namboku Line, but there are few car streets, so you can spend a quiet time. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(It is a parking lot that I use every day.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store A 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place to live. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facilities at the second station. You can access the city center in 10 minutes to Sapporo Station and Odori. It is the Nanboku Subway Line, so it has good access to the center of Sapporo Station, Odori, and Susukino. If you are coming directly from the airport, there is also an airport bus that is convenient.
