Apartment vacation rentals in Kita Ward

I was confused by some of the information, but basically it was a good place to stay with no problems!If I get another chance, I want to use it.

It was an experience beyond my expectations!It is not crowded for five people. The bed is very comfortable. The room has always been very warm, and it is very convenient to get to Sapporo city and jr station!

Oshizu was such a kind host, very responsive and kind enough to recommend some local gems for us to try. The place was perfect for our needs too! Very clean, comfortable and cosy. It’s a little bit out of the center but walkable (with snow boots/snow grippers in winter), and is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The room we were in was on the top floor (4th floor) which was a little bit difficult with luggage, as this building has no elevator, but nothing we couldn’t manage. We had such a wonderful stay and would happily stay again in the future. 100% recommended.

It was my first trip to Sokpo with my friends, and thanks to the good host, I had a satisfying trip. The location is also good. It was nice that Sski Nodo and Sapporo were within walking distance. It feels like I have a home in Japan.

It was close to Nakajima Park, so it was easy to take a bus from the airport! But in the low season, bus dispatch seems to be decreasing... But it's about a 10-minute walk to Susukino, so you can drag and walk! The convenience store was close, it was clean, and there was a beam projector, so I rested well at night while watching YouTube! Check-in was also easy.

The apartment is nice and the informations for the check-in are well detailed. The host will provide to you a lot of amenities in case you need some. Overall a great stay with a pleasant interaction with the host who will be reactive and attentive to your needs.

The place is the same as in the photos, even bigger. The location is quite hard to find but the instruction was fast and clear enough so there is no trouble. It’s within the night-life area so there’re lots of things to do and eat around the area. Definitely going to reccommend to group travelers.

Regarding check-in, it was very easy because it was a way to receive the key in the mailbox.However, I had never used a post with a code, so I was able to unlock it, but I think it is no problem at all if you have experience using it normally. The location is very convenient and close to the station. The interior was very clean, and we stayed together this time, but the room was spacious and private, so it was easy to spend time. Also, the host was very responsive and trustworthy, so we were able to communicate without worry until the day of the day. In particular, it was very helpful that I put my suitcase in advance because I prepared it early and entered the room earlier than the scheduled check-in time. Thanks again🙇‍♂️

My first trip to Sapporo was a success when I stayed here. Detailed instructions/information about apartments were provided in messages and in a booklet in the apartment. The host was friendly and gave great tips for local shops, amenities. The location was easy to find with subway stops nearby. Recommended!

Tidy compact apartment on the 18th floor offering a fantastic view of Sapporo and the mountains in the distance. Right next to Nakajimakoen station and an easy walk to Susukino with plenty of dining and shopping options, location was unbeatable. It was clean and had all we needed for a family of 4. Would definitely recommend, thank you for hosting us!

The bathroom was a little small but otherwise great

A worth while stay in the airbnb and a very private area as well. The room can get a bit small, but for two is definitely just right and there is a bath tub as well to enjoy a hot bath during winter. Love the stay here as you really have a lot of things nearby, malls etc, Aeon mall? 2nd Street? Drugstore? it's everywhere, as long as you are willing to walk and explore it is there.

The location is very good, there are two convenience stores downstairs, you can walk to the busiest downtown in about 15 minutes, quiet in the middle of the city, very satisfied.

Within 5 mins walk from the subway station, many restaurant nearby, Lawson just 1 min walk, very clean n comfortable bed, kitchen utensils and laundry. Is a wonderful place to stay, recommended to stay here👍

1. Very close to the station and the building, the label is very good to find 2. There are convenience stores diagonally across the stairs, and there are restaurants around 3. High floor, good view and quiet 4. There is a gate lock, there is an elevator, it is safe and convenient, girls and people with big luggage will be comfortable 5. The bathroom jacuzzi works. 6. There is a washing machine with a drying rack, it dries quickly after washing clothes is dry directly, it is convenient

Ken’s place was everything we hoped for. It is perfectly located with easy train access and the main nightlife within walking distance, while still maintaining a peaceful feeling. The apartment is exactly as pictured, and was very cozy with breathtaking views. We are so grateful to have been able to stay here !

It's a little difficult to enter when entering,, The one in the center of the entrance is the reset button, and if you don't press the button, turn it 360 degrees in the opposite direction of the clock, enter the password, and turn it 360 degrees clockwise again. There are two buildings, but one has a passcode lock, and there is no one, so you can just look at it and go in. The accommodation was very clean and spacious, so I stayed with 3 people, but I didn't use one of the rooms at all. There's nothing missing from the tableware, but there's this? I liked that there were separate disposable tableware. The hot springs were also really nice. I think I'll come again.

The location is so good. Susuki Station and Odori Park were close by, and it was especially nice to have a public hot spring right next door. There is also an open-air bath in this hot spring. The host was very friendly and clean, so it was comfortable while I was there. It was nice that there was plenty of space for 4 people to stay.
