Close to Clare, Long Melford, Bury St. Edmunds, Lavenham and Sudbury. 20 mins to Newmarket, easy access to Cambridge and 2 hrs from central London.

Heath View Annexe is a separate building in our garden, in a quiet residential street. A spacious bedroom with king size bed, sofa, table & chairs and private bathroom. Private parking behind gates. In the hallway there's a kettle and fridge along with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereal & porridge pots. Located a mile from central Newmarket and 2 miles from the race courses. 15/20 minute walk to Tattersalls and the Railway station. 13 miles from Cambridge & Ely and 14 miles to Bury St Edmunds.

My place is close to Newmarket races , town centre , horse racing gallops , Cambridge . My place is good for solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). This is a great Private room with wet room , twin beds and a camp bed for a third guest . plus kitchen area with the essentials kettle , toaster , microwave , fridge , it also has a single electric hob . It is a quiet location and separate from the main house , there is a back gate entrance ,use car park in scaltback drive.

This is a lovely location - right in the town, so it’s easy to walk everywhere. I was also lucky enough to use one of Karen’s parking permits for a £1 for the duration of my stay. Karen is a friendly and accommodating host. Her lovely home is really good value . Likely to be my first choice if I need to stay in Bury again.

Absolutely loved staying here! The place was fantastic, great downstairs set up with everything you could need, and the bedroom upstairs was lovely! Bed was so comfortable. Got to watch the horses out of the window. Really easy walk into town. Will definitely look to stay here again!!

Perfect location for the races. It’s set at the back of a very long garden, and although it was in a garden it felt very private. Lovely place, very clean inside with great quality furniture/ bed etc. Will return again gor sure!

This place was amazing, lovely couple, very friendly and welcoming. I was upgraded, as family were using my room, at no cost, which given the room size and beautiful 4 poster bed was great. Also a very nice welcome hamper which included a mini bottle red wine. Very comfortable bed, lovely cat and dog. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!
