Renovated Cottage Near Beautiful Coniston Water

JanetRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It was easy to get to a variety of places and the communication was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good with instant hot water. It was nice to have an enclosed yard for the dog. The stairs are a bit tricky but manageable. The cottage is just off the road but traffic was light in late May. We found great places to eat within a 10-15 minute drive. Easy check in & out.
Water lilies are seen floating on the calm water, surrounded by tall grasses and gentle hills in the background. The clear blue sky reflects on the water's surface, enhancing the serene landscape.

Stunning place, well equipped and immaculately cleaned. Perfect location. We absolutely loved sitting outside watching the sheep and the lambs! We had an amazing stay and would love to come back!!
The image showcases a well-maintained garden featuring an array of colorful flowers, particularly yellow daffodils, set against a backdrop of stone structures. Lush greenery and various rocks are strategically placed throughout the garden, under a bright blue sky with scattered clouds.

Quiet Retreat for Couples lake district, Coniston

LynnRating, 5 stars36 months ago
The cottage is in an ideal location for visiting Windermere and Coniston both around 30-35 minutes away . We found it to be an amazing peaceful place to stay with lovely views over fields towards the estuary. The cottage had everything we needed being very well equipped in the kitchen a very powerful shower and a super comfortable bed. We would defiantly visit again.

Brocklebank,The Lake District,Beachfront Chalet,

LiseRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Brocklebank was the perfect peaceful sanctuary before a busy month of 60th birthday celebrations for my husband. The weather was mixed from absolutely pouring down when we arrived to cracking the flags the next day….we walked along the quiet beach, talked, read books and drank wine….. we will be back x
A rustic stone exterior features two French doors and a decorative trellis with climbing plants. A blue pot containing greenery rests at the base of the trellis. A small window with an arched frame is positioned alongside the trellis, blending into the textured stone wall.

Kings Head: 2 Bedroom Countryside Cottage

RobinRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful 3 nights in the Kings Head cottage. The lounge area is as stunning and unique as the pictures suggest! We chose a weekend that coincided with the tasting menu and Sunday lunch and would highly recommend both. The produce was local and lots from their stunning garden. The breakfasts were superb featuring fresh rhubarb from the garden and best pastry ever tried! Everyone was friendly and helpful and our dog was made to feel very welcome too! Enjoyed two local pubs called blacksmith’s arms and farmer’s arms on our other 2 evenings - both great. Enjoyed a long hike up from the hidden duddon valley which was a lovely quiet route to Dow Crag and coniston old man (only downside was the 30 min drive to our starting point). Local nice walks from the cottage included heathwaite fell and duddon sands.

Quakers Field View

KateRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We really enjoyed our stay - close to Ulverston, the Priory and many places we aimed to see during our visit. Lindsay corresponded quickly. The house is very comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated as in the photos - we wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Lindsay. :)

Emma's Tiny House hot tub views

TomRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Lovely few nights at Emma’s Tiny Home! Listening to the close-by farm animals and the birds in the trees was beautiful first thing in the morning and just before nightfall. We were so lucky to be awoken by some fighter jets and they came over a few times during our stay which was brilliant to watch and listen to! Beautiful scenery surrounded the tiny home, a place I’d highly recommend to anyone! Perfect!
A gently flowing stream is visible, surrounded by moss-covered rocks and lush greenery. Sunlight filters through the tree branches, casting a dappled light on the water's surface, creating a serene, natural setting.

Woodburn Cottage

AnnabelRating, 5 stars9 months ago
lovely cosy cottage, the weather was not kind to us this weekend and it was great to be able to head back to the cottage, have tea and snuggle in front if the fire to dry off and warm up! Host John was at the property to meet us when we arrived, he was pottering in the garden which was such a great welcome. Milk and bottle of wine in the fridge was a lovely touch too. Had the weather been nicer the garden looked great for sitting in for a morning coffee. Perfect location for visiting my dad this weekend. thank you for letting us stay in your cottage.
