The apartment has been lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. Let the forest explain itself to you, away from everyday life and stress. Let your mind wander and sleep deeply in the clean mountain air next to the rippling fountain and the chirping birds. Cook on a crackling wood-burning stove and refresh yourself in the warm shower or in the fresh fountain. Explore the numerous hiking trails or via ferratas in the region.

Sleeps 3 adults and 2 children. A large garden with a trampoline, a forest garden, and a stream with a small waterfall invite you to explore. The woods begin right at the doorstep, with hiking trails and an indoor climbing hall just a short drive away. A simple home – no luxury – but a peaceful retreat for nature lovers of all ages, perfect for outdoor play, slow mornings, and quiet evenings. Two friendly cats live on the property and may stop by to say hello.

Green splendor idyll in a secluded location

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 ha of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Simply Being in Hollenstein." Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag cycle path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Accommodation in the Gesäuse

The ecological mini wooden house on the banks of the Enns was designed by the artist and mountain hiking guide Susanne Posegga and built by hand with love. The colors of the building reflect the landscape and the refined architecture makes the building appear much larger than it actually is. The sunny location right on the bank of the wild river overlooking the majestic peaks of the Gesäuse is unique. You can also dock kayaks directly at the property.

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. Nature Park Resort Almmauer – Kaiserschild

Kirchenlandl is centrally located and offers a variety of leisure activities, cycling and water sports on the Salza or Enns. Ski resorts are directly nearby. A special highlight are the Kraushöhle, the Wasserlochklamm and also the water adventure park in St Gallen. The Forest Museum tells stories from times gone by and invite you to pause and experience the atmosphere. Local gastronomy pampers you with Styrian specialties.

You will stay with us on the second floor of our house. You have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
