Thank you very much for this beautiful place and the very friendly communication. There is really life & space in your four walls and above all in the large, wonderful garden. In the apartment, everything is prepared and perfectly furnished, so we felt right at home. The apartment is very easily accessible and nicely located. We will be happy to come back :)

Maximilian's house really looks exactly like the pictures, if not better. He is a very accommodating host who is super easy to reach and inquires about the well-being of his guests. We are happy to recommend this place to stay, especially with the view from the hot tub.

The place is even nicer than in the photos. Easily, it is an absolute dream in an incredibly quiet/private area. If you just want to escape everyday life, this is the place for you! The place is well equipped and we had wonderful days here! The hosts are super friendly, always available if you had any questions. We can 100% recommend the place and will definitely come back!

Roman's house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and warm. It has three levels, three large bedrooms, with empty furniture for storage, two bedrooms share a balcony, there are three bathrooms, a desk, a pantry with many and varied appliances, lots of kitchenware, several board games, it's ideal. The indoor pool area has an indoor mini garden, with tables and sun loungers. We received the house impeccably clean, it has everything you need and more! We went for Christmas and they even provided us with cookie cutters. The setting is beautiful, the views are incredible, we had cows and even neighboring horses. The house has a terrace with an outdoor dining area, two sleds and next to a hill where we slid in the snow. (It's almost the patio of the house). Ladau is a 20-minute drive from Salzburg, with quick and easy connections. Thanks Roman, we enjoyed your home. We'll be back

An amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The house was cozy, and the little touches—like fresh towels, bathroom amenities , and local recommendations—made it feel extra special. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Joy was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and so thoughtful in making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Austria, and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Joy & Angela 😊 for a wonderful stay!”

Welcoming and friendly. There were cozy places created inside and out with beautiful views. The kitchen was well equipped, from pans and tableware to coffee and tea. The communication was good and fast. There were no other guests after us, so we were allowed to leave our suitcases behind for a while. However, we found it difficult to find out where the most beautiful walks were in the area. It may be helpful to figure that out in advance.

The accommodation is as described, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The sauna is a very nice plus and easy to use. The beds could be a little more comfortable, but it suited us. located 15 minutes from the Obri-Hrac hike, which offers a nice view. Higher than the accommodation, within walking distance, also another very nice walk. 1 hour from Cesky Krumlov, which is really worth visiting. Responsive hosts, but inquire ahead of time about the possibilities of activities in the area. Shared washing machine with the other listing.

A very spacious house in a small neighborhood consisting of similar, free-standing houses. You can park your car right next to the house. A big living room (kitchen, big and sturdy kitchen table and a couch) with lots of light. Comfortable bedrooms and good beds. From the small balcony you can see the lake. Everything you need is present and the house is ideal to make trips in the surrounding. Shops and restaurant are at 10–15 minute walk (although the way back is up-hill…). Petra is easy to communicate with, there is a caretaker present for many of the houses in this neighborhood. Our only remark: the Wi-Fi is only bearable for messages, but you have 4G mobile connection in this location. Very recommendable if you like a quiet environment and a very spacious house !

The arrangement and check-in went smoothly. Everything was set up perfectly. Host communicated quickly. From the photos it looked a bit like it was complete solitude, but it is not. There are two other houses in the immediate vicinity. One is even attached directly to the place of stay. By mistake, my children and I used the playground on the property, which was no longer a host, and the neighbor ran out on us. Otherwise, everything was OK

We had booked three nights in house no. 15 of the Lipno Club for the last weekend in August 2024. We found the house to be very, very pleasant for our family of 8 (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 toddlers) including a dog, which was accommodated in a portable doghouse. There was plenty of parking space for our two cars. The extremely informative support from Petr was very good. He even provided us with a children's travel bed upon request. The house was fully satisfactorily equipped with all appliances and kitchen facilities and very well maintained. Everything worked out just fine. The location on the edge of the forest was very pleasant, as was the short distance to the lake. Overall it was very quiet there, with lots of nature around us and friendly staff. Too bad that a sauna was located directly on our back wall and was loudly shared by our neighbors. They strutted across our terrace while we grilled our dinner!

Spacious and very well-equipped house. The two terraces with lake views are really very nice. Numerous activities are possible on site: bike rides with trays to cross the lake, paddle, boat, swimming, not to mention visiting the beautiful city of Cesky Krumlov with its castle. In addition, the owner offers a boat, bike and paddle rental service, so all activities are possible without traveling. It's very convenient! The beach bar is very nice for an aperitif at sunset and offers very good grilled food twice a week. In short, an enchanting place we didn't want to leave!

We stayed for 3 days and were completely satisfied. The house was beautifully clean, modernly equipped, and we didn't miss anything. We were most excited about the view, which was really amazing and contributed to the overall relaxed atmosphere of the stay. We can only recommend the place and would love to come back in the future.

We had a fantastic time. It is a great little apartment with a great terrace and equipment that really leaves nothing to be desired. The hostess was super friendly and helpful. We got fresh laundry again and again and again and even there were cakes, at the same time we were super private. The area is beautiful. You can really do a lot. Hach this was a really nice vacation. Many thanks.

We had such a great time at Marion and Felix's place. They gave us amazingly great recommendations, and we couldn't even get to them all . If you come here do go to Kondiitorei Grellinger has incredible cakes and ice cream, Hacklpizza has surprisingly GREAT pizza, and Lehamn's Kulturcafe is super-relaxed and the food simple and fresh. You are minutes away from a public swimming spot,and swimming in the Traunstein in July was plenty warn - I thought warmer than the Alte Donau just a few days earlier, and so clean. We didn't miss having a TV at all, it;s such a relaxing place to be - and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the train station where you can get to places like Bad Ischl, and Ebensee if you exhaust the walks in Gmunden. There are great walks at Feuerkogel (Ebensee) and Katrin (Bad Ischl). I hope to come back to Gmunden, and if we do we will certainly stay here or at their loft room. Thanks to Marion, Felix's and their family for such a great holiday xx

We enjoyed our stay and had a really nice time there. Communication was great - everything was well described, quick responses and despite self check-in, we felt very welcome by the messages. The house itself is equipped with all the necessary things, very nice and lovingly furnished. You come in and immediately feel at home. The distance to the ski resort or hiking is also great!
