Vacation rentals with a patio in Kirchberg in Tirol

We booked the apartment for 2 days and one day, friends also came and stayed. The kitchen/TV area along with the huge terrace was the highlight with stunning views and lots of seating and even a candle to light in the evening. It soon became the centre of activity for us. We visited in June but for the winter there are lots of amenities like wood and a heater. The bathroom could be described as luxurious with a bathtub and even has the option of radio. We did not meet Bernie but met the owner when we arrived and he met us very warmly. The apartment is beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped. The neighbourhood feels authentic and is an easy walk to Hall, which was also beautiful. There’s a supermarket right next to the apartment so very easy to stock up on essentials.

A really nice apartment in which we felt really comfortable. Renate and Roland are very friendly, accommodating and tend to stay in the background. Privacy was provided at all times. Even when booking, the two were very flexible. So was the check-in. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful. Many beautiful hikes right in the area, whether directly on foot or from a nearby parking lot. All in all, a perfect stay. ☺️☺️ We'd love to come back!

We were guests of Petra and her husband from Friday to Sunday and felt comfortable right away. Every wish was immediately fulfilled with a smile. We liked the small apartment very much, it was sufficient for us, very clean and accessible via the separate entrance, stairs. The location is awesome, it couldn't be better, a beer garden by the lake, what else could you ask for. The snacks and delicious cakes are highly recommended. Many thanks for the relaxing stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Zell am See. The place was very spacious and spotlessly clean, which made it perfect for me and my family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washing machine was a huge plus, especially since I was traveling with small children. The location is excellent – right across the street from a Billa supermarket, which made grocery shopping super convenient. The apartment is also well-situated for exploring the area. Kate, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. She always replied quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, which might be a bit challenging for families with strollers or people with mobility issues. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Everything is completely uncomplicated and pleasant. Super nice apartment, we would definitely come back and recommend it 100%. Everything really clean, nice and modern furnishings with plenty of space, we were 5 adults and two children and had the apartment Top 3. The sauna is also wonderful and the beautiful balcony invites you to spend nice evening hours. We were just completely satisfied and felt comfortable at all times. I was with a friend in the apartment on Samerberg. Due to the bed in the living room, we each had our own area. Location and view are a dream, the apartment is individually and personally furnished with a lot of taste. The kitchenette is a bit very spartan, but there is the offer to cook downstairs at Christiane's. We went out to eat more often, which is good in the village and the surrounding area. Christiane welcomed us very warmly and provided a little initial catering in the kitchen, which is not a matter of course. A good place to relax!

We enjoyed our stay at Marina's place. The place was very nice, well-maintained and absolutely clean. We felt comfortable from the beginning and were able to enjoy the time to the fullest. Thank you for the warm hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely time at Jules and Alex's. The apartment was very clean, super equipped and very modern - we didn't miss anything. The location is beautifully quiet, perfect for relaxing, and the hiking trails are nearby. Check-in and check-out were also completely uncomplicated. Highly recommended accommodation and would be happy to come back.

A great place with plenty of privacy. Modern and new. Everything sparkling clean and easy to use. Top service and super accessible. Super location and super bright. Great kitchen amenities and a super working gas grill.

From check-in to check-out, everything worked out fine. Very friendly host who is easy to reach if you have any questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the accommodation, especially because of the good location.

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot or by bus (ski area, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauern thermal baths, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family

We had an amazing stay at Tom’s place! Beautiful and cozy house perfect for our girls trip. Near ski bus so it was easy to reach the larger ski area.

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

Super nice apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need, super clean, nice little garden with terrace…there is nothing to complain about at all!! Doris even provided us with a few beers and snacks before she welcomed us very nicely. We'd come back any time if we were on vacation in the Rosenheim area!

We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is a few minutes' walk away. Shopping and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

Wonderful, responsive hostess. Bea’s apartment is cozy and chic. Apartment was clean and well equipped for our 9 day stay. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is in a private home, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful views of the mountains. Salzburg is a quaint town where the locals are friendly and the surroundings mountains are magnificent and the nearby lakes are emerald green. We enjoyed our stay very much.
