A peaceful, secluded Cabin In The Woods experience on the South Fork of the Caddo River. This 80+ acre property is all yours to explore alone with no other homes or cabins anywhere on the property. The property extends across both sides of the river with 1/3 mile of river frontage. Swim, kayak, fish, & relax. Enjoy the peace of this cozy cabin. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking pans, dishes and serving utensils, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, crock pot, blender. We supply coffee etc., salt, pepper. Bath towels, wash clothes, toilet paper and soaps. The beds are made with fresh linens. The covered deck faces the woods where you can enjoy the sound of the river. Cook out on the grill and enjoy a fire in the firepit. Wash your treasures on the outside table.

Our own little piece of heaven at Lake Greeson. We are located right off of Kirby Landing Road in Kirby, Arkansas. We are exactly 1 mile from the boat landing & centrally located near Bear Creek Trails. This home was completed in 2025 and can accommodate 14 people comfortably. We have thought of everything for this house, all you have to do is show up with your food and drinks! Beautiful views with a modern home twist! You will never want to leave!

The Barn in Kirby AR

This home is located just on the outskirts of Kirby, AR. It is central to all the local activities. It is just a 15 min drive to Murfreesboro, and 19 min to the Diamond Mine. The nearest boat ramp is just 6 min up the road. It is also just a 15 min drive to Glenwood if you choose to float the Caddo River. If you choose to stay in the Barn it is plenty spacious for the family with family friendly activities. Or kick back on patio and enjoy the view!
