In the immediate vicinity of Schmieheim Castle, you can enjoy the tranquility and nature. In about 20 minutes you are at Europa-Park. The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

Our apartment is a high-quality and exclusive retreat, which is reserved exclusively for vacation guests. For this reason, the property is expressly not suitable for fitters, construction workers or similar professional groups.
