The Pottery Barn

This is a self contained annex above a double garage (please note low roof angles in places) with an independent door. It has one king size bed with some seating and a TV and dinning table. There is a small kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a basic electric shower and usual amenities. There is internet available. If you would like to bring a child please contact us before to check if suitable. There is parking on the main road or opposite in a Close.

A lovely self-contained annex furnished to a high standard in a quiet rural location on the Berkshire/Hampshire border, close to Newbury and Oxford and walking distance to Highclere Castle, where Downton Abbey was filmed. Secluded garden area with seating and BBQ for outdoor dining. The annex is completely separate from our house with its own entrance and there's an allocated parking space. Well behaved dogs are always welcome and there are some lovely walks on our doorstep.

Situated in Hungerford Park with beautiful surroundings to take a walk or maybe venture into Hungerford town a traditional market town with antique stores, tea rooms and unique boutiques. Hungerford is close to Newbury on the trainline to Reading and London. The A34 and M4 are close by giving goods links to Southampton, Oxford and London.

This charming Victorian terraced cottage is situated in the heart of Kintbury. There are plenty of lovely walks nearby and the Kennet & Avon canal is within easy reach for fishing and cycling. The village has 2 nice pubs and a very good corner store just a few minute's walk away. The property is also only a short distance from the station for trains to Newbury/Hungerford (5 minutes), Reading (35 minutes) or London (50 minutes).

The first floor annex with it's own entrance via stairs to the side of the main house has private, comfortable living accommodation with kitchen, dinning and lounge area; double bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is an outside area to sit on those warm sunny days. Strictly no baby’s, children or pets.

Sitting within a historic woodland, this secluded retreat has all the creature comforts of home whilst being immersed in nature on Barrow Hill Farm. The Treehouse’s bespoke design allows you to open one side of the lodge to welcome in the sights, sounds and smells of the bluebell wood that surrounds it. The roll top bath is perfect for romantic bathing, with the doors open or shut.
