Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Chalet Venepoel is een ideaal verblijf om met het gezin, familie of vrienden tot rust te komen in de stille Kempen. Deze bestaat uit een gezellige leefruimte met open keuken, 3 slaapkamers en een badkamer met douche. De grootste troeven bevinden zich buiten waar een ruim - deels overdekt - terras uitgeeft op eigen strand en vijver in een bosrijke omgeving. Ook is er veel ruimte om auto's op het terrein te parkeren. Lakens en handdoeken zijn niet standaard voorzien, maar kan men wel huren.

't Groene hart is ideaal om de rust ten midden van de natuur op te zoeken. De houten chalet is volledig omringd door naald en loofbomen wat het gevoel geeft dat u zich midden in een bos waant. Een stijl trapje leid je naar de eerste verdieping met overloop en 2 slaapkamers, 1 kamer met dubbel bed en 1 kamer met 2 bedden.

A holiday home completely renovated in 2023 in Burgundian Limburg (BE). It is located in the holiday park de Sonnevijver in Rekem, on the edge of the national park de Hoge Kempen. There are also nice cities a short distance away. For example, the center of Maastricht is a 10-minute drive and Maasmechelen village shopping center is a 15-minute drive. The cottage is fully available for the guests. For example, there is a fire bowl, tandem bicycle, LP player, TV, radio and guitar.

There is a lot private due to a natural construction of the garden. The ground floor has floor heating, cooking facilities, laundry room and toilet. There is also a large fitted wardrobe for suitcases, jackets, shoes and bags. On the first floor is a bedroom with double sink, shower room, and separate toilet.

There are numerous opportunities for hiking in the adjacent nature reserve. For cycling enthusiasts, there is the junction route that is located right next to the house. Designer Outlet Roermond is 20 km away. A visit to Thorn is also absolutely worth it and of course not to forget Maastricht, 40 km away.

Een moment van rust en ontspanning. Aan de rand van Nationaal Park de Hoge Kempen en tegelijkertijd op fietsafstand van centrum Maastricht. Dat is wat het recent gerenoveerde Sonnehuisje biedt. Deze bungalow op vakantiepark de Sonnevijver biedt jong en oud een mooie kans om van de natuur in het bourgondische Limburg te genieten. De knusse bungalow ligt mooi gelegen met een beekje aan de voorzijde, wat is afgezet met een houten hekje.

This house provides a wonderful holiday feeling due to its beautiful location by the water, on the Maasplassen and almost against the center of the atmospheric fortified town of Stevensweert. The house was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located in the holiday park Porte Isola, and in the nearby area, you can enjoy hiking and biking. And of course a paradise for water sports enthusiasts with a boat rental in the park.
