Our house is an ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. On site, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee in cash from January 1, 2025. It consists of 5% of the booking price. Beautiful cottage with all the luxury of home. Perfect for a family, comfortable rooms, open dining space indoor and outdoor, nice lounge. Really beautiful to walk directly onto the lake and admire the view, walk down to the playground or venture into the national park forrest a little further. Totally peaceful and everything went perfectly well, highly recommended.

We had a very nice time at Yvo's place! He welcomed us in a very friendly way with a bottle of wine in the fridge and was always available for questions. The accommodation is very cozy and well equipped both inside and on the terrace 😊 The location is perfect - Roermond and Maastricht can be reached very quickly. Highlight for young and old: The small petting zoo right outside the front door on the park grounds😉😁 We thank Yvo for the lovely time and would come back any time! 😊

This truly is a little paradise! De Koolmees is a very cute cottage equipped with all the comforts. Fine beds, clean and a cozy living room with games closet. The small kitchen has quite everything you might need. The cottage is located in a beautiful green area. Nice to walk here! The bikes, which are at the cottage, were also an outcome. Very convenient. The campsite where the cottage is located has good amenities, nice employees and a very clean toilet building. There is also a restaurant. Communication with Jules was quick, good and reliable. She is very friendly and hospitable and upon entering there was even a bottle of wine ready for us. Couldn't get better! We had a great time and will definitely be back! This is highly recommended for everyone.

Nice cottage in a quiet area. Communication with the host went very smoothly and the arrival was also very flexible with clear instructions about the future. Please note : no shower in the cottage itself (but on the campsite) & you still have to pay a small tourist tax from the campsite.

We loved our stay in the cottage "De Eik". Everything was perfectly fine: clean, cozy and really equipped with all the comforts. We felt right at home there. The wooded area is beautiful and we were able to enjoy hiking, mountain biking and relaxing. Also the contact with the hosts was super friendly and smooth. We're already looking forward to next time. Highly recommended for those who want to get away!

Been here with a group of friends for my boyfriend's 18th birthday. The stay is extremely beautiful and also really nice to stay. The photos and amenities match the house, which is very nice. There is much to do in the park which is also very nice. The surroundings are also very good and nice and quiet. The host was very quick to respond and was always friendly and helpful, if you had any questions it was always answered. I definitely recommend this place and this stay!

We stayed in Joey's home for a few days as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and felt right at home. The whole place is well equipped and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of activities on site and in the area that we could easily spend a whole month here. Hosts gave clear directions for checkin and checkout and were quick to answer. We all loved this accommodation and made some great memories.

It was a wonderful short stay. Unfortunately, the weather was not good and quite cold. The stoves did their best, but in one of the bedrooms it was a bit too airy - in summer certainly a great advantage. It was clean except for a few pieces of cutlery that I rinsed afterwards. The bike was "worth its weight in gold"! Everything is comfortably furnished, the furniture and beds are comfortable. The towel service was also great!!! We didn't use the grill, but everything was available, including the basic equipment. Thanks for a few wonderful days on a beautiful vacation resort. We will be happy to come back!
