The house was built in 1917. Since we took over the house in 2021, we have completely renovated the house from basement to attic. The main floor consists of a modern kitchen and bathroom, dining table, pleasant TV room and a total of 4.5 bedrooms. In the outdoor living room you can use both the barbecue and the pizza grill. The house is located 4 km from Grotlesanden, there is a path 50 meters from the house that can take you to both Vetvika, Veten and many more local peaks. It is possible to rent an apartment in the basement in addition (here referred to as living room 2) with kitchen, bathroom and double sofa bed

On the upper floor there is a TV lounge, as well as one more bedroom. The outdoor area has plenty of space for parking, good sun conditions with sun until 9:30 pm on Midsummer, and is shielded. On the private quay you can enjoy the fjord view from the wood-fired hot tub. Washing machine and tumble dryer, bed linen, towels and wood to fire in the oven in the house are included.

Here you can fish your own dinner from the fresh water around the cabin, or walk 3 minutes and throw out the line in the sea. Enjoy lovely evenings in peace and quiet around the campfire or take a paddle ride with the kayak or SUP board with associated life jackets that belong to the cabin. 5 km from the cabin you will find Kalvåg city center with grocery store, restaurant and other activities.
