Parking at the village road, about a 100 m walk to the cabin.

A unique stay just a stone's throw from the fjord, with a wide view of Førdefjorden and a landscape that constantly changes character with the weather. The house has a bedroom with a double bed. In addition, you can lay out mattresses in the room at the top of the tower for extra sleeping places. A stone's throw to the shore and small boat harbor, and a few minutes walk to Hakallegarden visitor farm (check websites), and the beach Sandviksanden. The Hakalle staircase is located right above the cabin, and gives amazing views of the sea and the nearest islands. Perfect starting point for day trips to Vestkapp, Runde, Geiranger, Loen, Ålesund, etc... Approximately 300 meters to the grocery store with everything you need. On the border between Vestland and Møre og Romsdal, a great center point to access as much as you can see.

The cabin is the former farmhouse, and has its own unique style. It is equipped with everything you need, apart from the exceptional luxury. We live in the main house on the same property. Surrounded with magnificent nature, a quiet place, the sea less than 200 meters away. No mass tourism here! It’s a perfect place to stay if you plan one of the many hikes in Bremanger e.g. the Hornelen (Via Ferrata expected opening in 2023), Vedvika and many more as well as visiting beautiful beaches.

Cozy Fjord Cabin by Mt. Hornelen

If you need to relax, this cabin, in natural surroundings is perfect for you! The name of the cabin is "Urastova". On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with sheep and sometimes deer close to the cottage. The new cottage is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. We have 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, motor boat and 2 SUP boards for rent if available and on request.
