Cabin vacation rentals in Kingston

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and modern. Has a great exclusive feel when inside and on back deck. Some reviews complained of not being very exclusive but besides the front drive in you wouldn’t know you were close to anyone else. Everything was about 10-15 min max away. We had issues with the AC unit but they were good to come by and fix/adjust.

This was our second time staying here! Perfect location for a couples getaway. We love the private area and the hot tub is great. It’s a wonderful spot hosted by some great folks.

From the views to the hot tub, this was the perfect cabin for a much needed getaway. The large screened in porch was just fantastic. Eureka Springs is just a short drive down possibly the windiest road you’ll ever drive. The town is filled with good food, quaint shops, and nice people. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends. A+

This by far has been my favorite stay yet! It was so clean, so refreshing, and so soothing for the soul! It’s very secluded, but also close enough to everything that you’re not having to drive very far to do anything. We were recommending this place to people before we even left for home! I think the most impressive part was how cozy it was, most places you stay it’s hard to sleep (not your bed not comfortable) this wasn’t the case here! The bed was extremely comfortable and the atmosphere was just so peaceful, we slept like babies! Definitely made for a very memorable 10 year anniversary! Absolutely will be returning as soon as the opportunity arises!

The cabin is cozy and comfortable with beautiful views. We enjoyed how close to town the cabin was, however still very private. Everything was clean and better than the pictures. We will definitely be back!

I absolutely loved staying at this cabin! It was just two of us and our dogs but the host was very responsive and everything was as advertised. As far as the cabin amenities, it has all the basics you would need. But the property itself the real star! It is just incredible. Very private and serene. Front porch sittin that is hard to beat! Bring your binoculars!

Wonderful place that exceeded our expectations!

Loved the cabin, perfect place for me and my wife to stay during the visit of my hometown. No disturbances. Can see residence across road and below cabin when pulling in to cabin access road. AC worked great, hot tub was very nice, wood stove on porch for colder months is a great plus. Fire pit 30 yards from house and wood ready to burn. We stayed for over 5 nights and it was a great time. No complaints. Thank you Jennifer!

Neat little cabin away from it all! It is about 3.5 mi of gravely dirt roads and gets rockier with the steep incline to the cabin. Better have a 4-wheel drive vehicle. Be aware you may not have WiFi service. We couldn’t get it to work. Our phones also did not have service. No tv, but there is a fun record player/radio. Small charcoal grill to use. Couldn’t find a can opener, but there are other basic kitchen tools and a coffee maker with coffee available. The shared walkout overlook area was a cool feature. It extends right behind the larger cabin. We were lucky and didn’t have anyone else in that cabin. We met George, who lives in the area and oversees things. He was very kind and helpful. Nighttime is so quiet! Well, other than the wall heater that sounded like Bigfoot coming down the mountain! Do yourself a favor and use the plug in one! 5 stars though- clean and unique stay. Thanks!

We planned this as a 4-day waterfall chasing adventure and Dennis and Naomi were incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs, providing us with a list of the 5 best waterfalls to see and providing us with several interactive maps that were developed by a notable "waterfall chaser". As our rental period approached, the weather forecast showed cold and rainy for our entire 4-day stay. We decided to follow through with the rental and Dennis provided additional tips on hiking in the rain. Then, I threw out my back the day before our trip was to start, but once again we decided to follow through. We arrived late at night but with Dennis' guidance were able to find Big Oak Cabin with no trouble at all. Dennis further assisted by providing a list of the 5 best short and easy waterfall trails. Dennis was extremely responsive to other requests for assistance. The vacation turned out to be one of the most memorable we've had. thank you Dennis and Naomi!!

It was an amazing cabin with everything you would need and it was very cozy and close to the river and other amenities that you would need! Just the right perfect place to stay for the buffalo!

The owner was very communicative and helpful. He was responsive to our questions about the area and gave us great advice. Our stay, which included two families (total of 10 individuals) stayed very comfortably in this space. We enjoyed being able to cook out and do a campfire/smores with the kids. Firewood was available with a fire pit, which was convenient. The kids loved playing games in the game room when they needed something to do. The porch had a picture perfect view of the mountains, and we loved being able to lounge, have coffee, and chat. Our trip to Falling Water Falls was a huge hit with everyone. We swam there most of the day and explored the area. Anyone traveling in this area should be aware of ticks and how to prepare/manage while exploring the area. Overall, we would love to return.

Our second stay at these cabins with our family was a great experience as well. The setting & surroundings are beautiful & the cabin layout / ammenities work great for our large family with children. Hope to stay again in the future.

A wonderful place that was better in real-life. Felt like my cortisol was down to zero after about an hour. A few things to note: there are no realy windows/shutters outside of the bedroom, both doors are patio/screen style doors (with locks), and the bathroom requires a very short, shelted walk from the bedroom to the outside. This makes the experience feel more "open" and you're not around very many people, but, I could see how this information would be important to new visitors. Will be back again very soon.

I can't say enough good things about this place. If you are looking for slower paced country experience, this is it. So quiet except for the birds chirping and the cows mooing. The cabin was spotless and all the extras mean so much to make you feel right at home. If you forget anything, chances are its provided at the cabin. This whole experience was definitely created with the guest in mind. It was the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I. We unplugged from the Internet and spent quality time with each other.

Very beautiful house and property.

This was my second visit to the Schoolhouse and I loved it even more! Ms. Adrienne was so friendly and helpful, which made my trip even more special! Cannot recommend this quaint place enough. I loved the scenery and the privacy. Just so many happy memories and hope you’ll go!

Great location if you’re psyched on Arkansas climbing! Very cozy and in a quiet venue with a great view on the porch; if you’re looking for a weekend climbing stay or a couple weeks to hit up the local crags definitely book!

It was mid-afternoon when we arrived in town and requested the place. Anita was very gracious to accept us at the last minute and made sure the place is ready within an hour. Thank you for your flexibility. We loved the place. Its is in a beautiful valley next to a water stream. Our breakfast and evenings were in the extra wide patio with an awesome view. We had a great time. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful quite place away from the city. Thank you Anita!

Home was very clean and matched the description listed. The location of the house was secluded, but peaceful and had beautiful scenery. The owners were easy to communicate with and were kind enough to leave directions for several hiking trails nearby.

Had a wonderful time. The cabin and surrounding area was very peaceful. They also had left a list of things to do in the area which I thought was great especially for those who don’t know the area.

It is rare to find a place that so elegantly combines the sense of nature with cozy comfort and stunning views, but this place does it. The long list of amenities and description of the property is accurate, and the host was readily available when we had a question. We did not want to leave and can't wait to go back.

Great out of the way cabin in the country. I enjoyed the deck and spacious yard. Rustic but just enough to be comfortable. Hope to come back in the future.
