Beautiful, historic, remodeled home in walking distance of downtown Kingsport and the 11 mile Greenbelt. It's the closest stand alone home to downtown. My wife and I run and maintain the property and live close by. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/laundry room. This home has a large enclosed back patio and gazebo area with table, grill, gas fire, fountain, flowers/plants, TV/ lights. Stone drive is only a mile away. Meadowview conference is 2.8 miles away. Come relax with friends and family!

Our Mountain Chalet is the Perfect GETAWAY. Best location to stay in our ENTIRE Area. We are in the city limits of Kingsport, 3 miles from downtown. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an additional pet fee. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Charter cable TV and WIFI access provided. Also located on our 6-acre estate is another BNB rental the "BEARFOOT RETREAT", a 3BR house should a larger group want to stay close together.

Welcome to our 2 levels Lakefront Paradise on deep water Ft. Henry Lake! We have breathtaking 180-degree lake and mountain views from each room and an 18’x28’ private boat dock. Spacious bedroom has a king bed, private bath/shower combination and all of the essential toiletries for our guests. Living area has a separate office that also faces the lake, flat screen TV and sofa/couch seating. Coffee bar has a coffee brewer, compact fridge and microwave (no full kitchen).

There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two living rooms (one with a pull-out sofa). Dining room seats 8, eat-in kitchen seats 4. Huge screened porch with seating for 12+. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, which is very family friendly.
