Overlooking Burgh Island, the cottage is walking distance to 3 stunning beaches and two cosy 13th C pubs. Picturesque markets towns of Modbury, Kingsbridge, Salcombe, 20 min drive away.

Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

Set on a beautiful small-holding with horses, ducks, chickens and dogs, located 3 miles from Bantham Beach and many other beaches. The Studio is perfectly located in the stunning South Hams, a short drive away from nearby towns, such as Salcombe and Kingsbridge with fantastic pubs and restaurants. The Malthouse is a 200 year old Brewery located in the heart of Kingsbridge offering expansive accommodation for up to 8. Deceptively large, the house skillfully blends Scandinavian minimalism with absolute comfort with multiple seating areas and calming bedrooms. Centrally located, guests can access fabulous restaurants, pubs and the waterfront a few steps from the front door. The property has 1 allocated parking space and Salcombe and the local sandy beaches are only a short drive away.

This charming 19th century Old School House is centrally located, a few mins walk to the quay and a short drive to numerous beaches. You will have the entire ground floor of the Old School House with your own access. The accommodation consists of a main living room/bedroom with double bed, sofa bed & TV, a dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster and dining table overlooking secluded private garden. The "snug" room has a sofa and TV. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Nestled right in the center of Kingsbridge, at the top of the hill, just off Fore Street, The Old Printworks is close to everything you need, and is the perfect base from which to explore South Devon. This cleverly designed, light and airy, 'upside-down' house affords interesting views in all directions across the landscape of rooftops, chimneys and spires that characterise this ancient sleepy coastal town. Anyone who stays here feels like they have discovered a wonderful secret.

The gorgeous harbour town of Salcombe is less than five miles away. This cosy cottage is the ideal bolt hole for a couple with up to two children.
