Private suite vacation rentals in Brooklyn

Beautifuly renovated 1900 brown stone building in an up and coming neighborhood in Brooklyn. Has it's own quirks and charms. Metro stations are about 10 minutes walk from either direction. Cindy and Lory are great hosts. Great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We were able to cook meals just like we're home. It's truly a home away from home!

This stay was perfect for us - older couple visiting from Texas. The apartment afforded us the flexibility of being together when we wanted to, and work on our own in privacy when we needed or wanted to. It is located in a real neighborhood, so that the staff of the bodega around the corner gave us a friendly hello when we shopped for groceries, and after a week one of the neighbors gave us a friendly wave. To my mind, it is much better than a Manhattan midtown hotel. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed for a home cooked meal. We used the laundry room, which was as spotless as the rest of the place, and the washer/dryer combo seemed brand new and was easy to use. We stayed a week, but could have stayed longer. Sebastian responded quickly and helpfully the one time we needed help with a random issue. We did not get to meet him, but communication was seamless. We would gladly stay at this apartment again.

My trip was focused around Digital Nomading by day and Broadway shows at night. This place worked out great for me. Quiet, private, great Wi-Fi, a 7-Eleven close by for beverages/snacks. I took the host's suggestion to Uber over to the PATH station and take that train/subway to the 33rd street exit in NYC. From there you can connect to NYC subways and be in the Times Square/Broadway area in just 1 or 2 stops. I felt safe doing this even as a middle-aged solo woman. I will say the whole route took quite some time (over an hour), yet I saved more than $1k for the week using this AirBNB compared to hotels on Broadway. It was all an adventure I enjoyed and would do again. The hosts live upstairs, but they respected my privacy and I did not see them at all. Plus you get a separate entrance for this unit. Ideal set up. Thank you!

This was great - a lovely place in a quiet street. Close to trains, 20-30 mins I to downtown Brooklyn, Dumbo, Williamsburg and 40 mins into Manhattan. Some nice cafes nearby, Dublin donuts on broadway. Caffeine Underground < 10 mins walk. A couple of fabulous bagel places 20 mins walk (Miss Bagel on Fulton street was our favourite and Knickerbocker Bagel on Knickerbocker is also great). All in all a real catch, reasonably priced for NYC, and Maxim was very responsive and helpful. Lovely will be back (my daughter fell in love with NYC and will undoubtedly find a way to move here in the next few years :-)

Tom took care of my brother and I in the most professional and thoughtful ways during my trip to New York. He showed signature hospitality by allowing me to check in one hour earlier as I arrived slightly from my travels and allowed my brother to keep his bags around until the early evening so that he can maximize his time in NYC. The house is in safe family neighborhood, and close to the L and M which connects you to everything you will need. The was clean and the beds were nice. A lot of room to get ready for all the adventures NY has to offer.

Christopher was an absolutely wonderful and proactive host, checking-in with us during our stay! The apt was very clean and orderly and it was a lovely place to call home during our NYC trip. Recommended!

Spotless, cozy and quiet place. Very easy to access in a great neighborhood with tons of restaurants and shops. Short walk to beautiful Ft Greene park. Very convenient for visiting a student at Pratt institute. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again on my future visits to Brooklyn.

I traveled from Miami to new York for my mother’s surgery, the place was beautiful and the area was quite pleasant. The host included extra toiletries even snacks . The place was very well kept and I will be booking this place again .

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb near Park Slope, Brooklyn! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Prospect Park, great coffee shops, and amazing local restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, with a real community feel. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and I appreciated thoughtful touches like a well-equipped kitchen. The host was friendly and responsive. I felt right at home and safe throughout my stay. I would definitely book again and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Brooklyn!

it was great having a private room and entrance, Matt left clear instructions on accessing the property and left a multi page print out of helpful tips for the neighborhood. Communication was great and the place was clean and nice, there were even a few fresh flowers in a small vase which was a nice touch my wife liked. We would happily stay again when in the neighborhood. Very comfortable for two people.

Would recommend this Airbnb. Host had amazing communication and really helped us through any issues we had. Extremely responsive and fast communication. The place was very spacious for our family of three and the record collection was great. The area is very close to a subway so easy to get around Brooklyn and the city.

Sara’s place truly felt like a home away from home. It was a peaceful and welcoming refuge—beautifully cared for, and incredibly comfortable, with one of the coziest beds I’ve ever slept in (and as a frequent Airbnb-er, that means a lot!). The space had such a calming, grounding energy, and communication with both Sara and Fabien was smooth, kind, and easy throughout. Sara was especially generous and flexible with check-in and check-out, which I deeply appreciated. The location is also fantastic—just steps from the train and close to so many Ditmas Park gems. I would wholeheartedly recommend this space to anyone visiting the NYC area, and I’ll definitely be back.

Can’t say enough! Franco was a wonderful host—wish we would’ve taken the time to say hello!! We had a super busy weekend planned and barely stopped, but having his lovely place to go back to was exactly what we needed! Huge space for the price given the location. 1000% recommend and will be back!

The place is very cozy and located in a quiet, safe community close to the beach. Galla is a great host, always quickly responded to all our requests. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend Galla’s place!

We had a great stay at Alexis’ place. The shower had great water pressure and we were happy to have coffee provided for us to start our days. The bed was one of the most comfortable AirBnB beds ever slept in.

We enjoyed our stay. The space was comfy and welcoming. Our hosts were so helpful and responsive… The area is very walkable and this location is perfect for just about anything you could need. Close to park, shopping, bakeries and restaurants. Everything was immaculately clean which is very important to me. We plan to return this summer and fall. Parking, if you can’t find on street, is conveniently located a short walk away and very reasonable… great wedding weekend…

This is the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed in plenty in various states. It was beautifully decorated and super clean. Even the cooking oils were in beautiful dispensers that I really want in my house now lol. The instructions to get in the house and garage was very clear. The outside lounge area was my favorite part. I loved the big swing chair!! The Aquarium was so fascinating to take in. There were more than just fishes in there, it was a whole marine ecosystem. They had everything I needed including makeup removing rags, slippers, and a shower cap. They also had snacks and all of the toiletries you need. I will definitely be booking in the future. Zero complaints!!

Timothee and Elizabeth were wonderful hosts. Very easy to communicate with both before and during our stay, flexible when we needed to check in early, and their place is spacious and great for families. We enjoy walking and don’t mind feeling a bit far from things when we travel but it is a bit of a hike to get places from Crown Heights, so something to keep in mind if that’s not your cup of tea. If you’re renting a car, parking can be a bit tricky on certain days of the week so we would probably skip that next time (no fault of the hosts, they were very helpful answering questions about parking as well). Timothee and Elizabeth also got in touch with us immediately when we left something behind. A+ hosts and stay!

Loved our stay at Travis’s place. Kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom made the week long stay feel like home. Great location to the subway and a very walkable neighborhood too.

Spotless clean, cozy place, super easy check in. Safe - clean neighborhood. Closest grocery store is a 20min walk. Bed was very comfortable, nice linens, great television. The ONLY thing is there was no toaster in kitchen. Otherwise 99.9% perfect. I’d definitely go back to Kristine’s place!

The place is thoughtfully decorated and in a very convenient location. The host is very responsive, I was looking for a pair of cleaning glove, it got shipped to us the second day.
