Beautiful, vintage house by historic route 66 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big gated yard. It’s vintage so if you're looking for a modern updated look try Holiday Inn. What we offer is a house built over sixty years ago which we remodeled. It's a happy place. Please don't complain, it's vintage. Please let me know if you will need dryer, washer , refrigerator: should be requested before you can use it (they free). Please disclose if you have pets because there is an additional charge.

Daisy was a wonderful host. All of our needs were met. Everything was comfortable. The park and walkway behind the building was perfect. Daisy answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely matter. I would certainly stay there again.

Nice place for what it is. You’ve got everything you need in a small space. Not the greatest area, but conveniently close to the Catholic Church, which I appreciated.

This is a great spot. It’s super close to downtown- it’s walkable to several breweries and shops. It’s also quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is adorable and the host is super responsive and helpful. Cheaper than a hotel with some real Kingman Route 66 flair. Highly recommend!

We are so very grateful to Cole for being an amazingly accommodating and responsive host. My dad was in the hospital at Kingman Regional and we were able to walk to and from the hospital to be with him since Cole’s place is just one block away. We had a few little snags, like the central AC not working temporarily or the hot water heater pilot going out, but Cole made sure they were handled immediately. Our plans were also up in the air as we waited to find out where my dad would be transferred and Cole made sure we always had his place available should we need to extend. His kindness and flexibility was appreciated more than he could ever know. Overall, Cole’s place was a clean, safe place for us to return to every night during a highly volatile and emotional situation. Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room had everything we needed, and we were able to sleep well and recharge to be there for my dad. Whether you’re in Kingman for fun or something else, Cole’s place is a great option!

Ryan was a great host! He was always quick in his response, usually within and hour. He was friendly and very understanding as well. We had to leave unexpectedly early and received immediate response that we would receive credit for the remaining days. Overall, I would give Ryan 5 STARS⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ as an Airbnb host!

We had a great time staying at Lil’ Dream Weaver for our family gathering. We all live in different parts of the country and we all loved Kingman! Brenda was a great host. She was proactive with information and when I reached out she responded quickly. The house had everything we needed and then some. I recommended staying here, this is a great house with a great host!
