Beautiful home with everything you need. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space. Would definitely book again!

We already love staying at Janies places because she is a great host, but she does such an amazing time turning beautiful older houses into amazing spaces that can accommodate larger groups. the back yard was super cute and love the fountain! the kitchen and livingroom felt very connected and stayed as our central hub. beds were comfy and everything was nice and clean!

Our meditation group had a wonderful stay and productive gathering at this private space in a spectacular setting near a stream and a river channel.

Thank you for providing such a beautiful,thoughtful,and cozy space to the twin falls/ filer area. Very attentive host and my family and friends look foward to choosing you for their stays in the future.

Exceptionally beautiful location directly on the Snake River! Richard was the perfect host. Met us on arrival and gave a quick tour of the property. Our "cabin" was perfectly set up, bed and pillows very comfortable. Beautiful bathroom with super nice, walk in shower. Nice kitchen as well. Living space has 2 large picture windows that frame up a spectacular view of the river. We spent quite a few hours just sitting there watching the river and wildlife. Private entrance and parking right at entry door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will certainly be back!

I could live in the yurt! One of the most relaxing stays we have had. Hanging outside and listening to the river and birds was amazing. My husband loved the little rustic hot tub! I describe it as squeaky clean and cute as a button! If you want a relaxing get away this is it!! Already recommended it to Boise friends!

Home was very clean and beautifully done. Had everything we needed.

The company was slow and not helpful. The owner came personally and helped when we had problems with the hot tub. The neighborhood is clean and nice. No loud neighbors. They provided everything you needed. The hot tub was a huge plus. Pots and pans are not for large families. Plenty of space for us all. I stayed with my ex and our combined 6 kids. Ages 1–15. We each had our own room and the extra game room.

This property was in a quiet neighborhood, about a 5 minute drive to shopping/ restaurants, with a park at the end of the block. The house was super clean, looked just like the pictures, it was welcoming and comfortable! The host was kind, respectful, and accommodating.
