The house was very comfortable and well kept up with a mid-century modern vibe. The beds and linens were very nice too! The location is perfect if you have a student at UPS and central to get to other local attractions. There is some noise that carries from the guests/residents below, but to be expected in an older home and Reece was very responsive about any concerns.

We stayed from Friday to Monday and loved it. The home is cute and they are so thoughtful with the amenities that are provided. There are coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store all at walking distance. The location was perfect. We did some local shopping for books, records and some gifts. It’s a quiet location, comfortable beds, and beautiful large windows. It definitely felt like home.

Great location, away from the noise and allowing restful sleep. Love the different bed options to accommodate different needs. Having a shower pan with built-in anti-slip, a removable shower head, along with multiple grab bars, is important and greatly appreciated!

We had a wonderful stay. My girls were able to play outdoors the whole time we were there. The kitchen was well equipped. The house is so close to the zoo and other parks.

The best Airbnb I have ever seen! Not just Seattle anywhere! So well appointed and supplied! Lee has thought of everything! The hot tub was amazing and the yard and trees and rooms and bathrooms and showers and kitchen were incredible!! I will stay here every chance I get! This is our third stay with Jeffrey and Linda ... so that should pretty much say everything. It is a great little space. Always clean and comfortable. For those who think you need a big space to enjoy your time, this probably isn't for you. It is small (I prefer "cozy"). But it's just the right size for the two of us. Everything is in great condition. There is attention to detail--and love the electric fireplace, both for warmth when needed and for ambiance. And they provide instructions for everything--TV, fireplace, even the smoke detector. We will be back.

Super amazing host!! Helped us out so much and had a very clean and nice place. It does get a little loud outside at night on the weekend but I would still stay there again next time I come.

The place is amazing, great decor, clean and spacious. Easy and walkable access to most of the attractions and amazing coffee places close to it.

We had an amazing stay at Alex’s place. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Our visit was due to medical appointments/business trip and the location was ideal—close to my work office, UW Hospital and great restaurants. Alex was an incredible host, always quick to respond to our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Alex’s place to anyone visiting Seattle!

My parents were visiting and stayed at Diana’s place and loved it! The space is even more beautiful in person and Diana was a welcoming and wonderful host. Thank you so much for making my parents feel right at home while they were out here.

Location in Fremont neighborhood which makes it so accessible to coffee, restaurants, shopping or just taking a walk to explore options. This is second stay here because of its location and also the bonus parking space in alley for a vehicle rather than parking street side. I will recommend to friends and family with 3-4 guests traveling to Seattle.

Bed and sheets were comfortable. Space was comfortable. Grateful to have a private spot to park the car, though mostly utilized public transport options like Water Taxi and bus system. If the temperature is in the 40s or 50s and you prefer cool temperatures, close all of the vents. It gets hot in the space between 7am and 830am. There's some great restaurants in the area to take advantage of too. highly recommend La Rustica and Cactus.

We had our wedding here over the last weekend. Rachel was amazing, responsive, and super flexible. She let us check out late and even helped us put the parking signs up so our guests wouldn’t have trouble finding the venue. There are no bad pictures at this place and so many areas to explore on the property. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home for a wedding, an event, or for a peaceful, relaxing retreat. Would definitely come back again in the future.

I stayed here for the past month. It was a pleasant time for Haoru and her family, all friendly, and we would talk together and be like family. The house is clean and tidy, fully equipped, conveniently located, conveniently parking, and very close to the bus stop. The first time I was here, I felt warmth. It is worth recommending. Stay in 5 star luxury accommodations while enjoying the most iconic view in Seattle! Ken’s lux townhome is the perfect base for discovering Seattle. Within minutes you’re enjoying DT Seattle, Pike Place market, the Seattle Space needle, or any of the DT sports venues. Several outstanding markets, including Whole Foods and Metropolitan Market, as well as fish right off the boat at near by Salmon Bay are close if you decide to cook in the chef’s kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Ken is an outstanding host offering local insights to the Seattle culture. Joe was extremely helpful and communicative with the check in and check out process.

This home was excellent. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor space was beautiful. Easy to find. Private and serene and close to everything we needed. Zero complaints only kudos. Thank you. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely property, perfect for a family stay in Shoreline/Echo Lake. Perfect for our family of four. Host was welcoming and very responsive. We’ll be back.

Fantastic getaway location that offered tremendous privacy. Extremely spacious house that was even bigger than the pictures made it look. House had everything we needed from plenty of towels to soap/spices/basic amenities. For those coming in the winter months, be aware that the drive up is extremely steep and I would highly recommend 4 wheel drive if there is snow or ice. Rita was extremely proactive and responsive with her communication! Definitely worth the stay for a small group looking for a peaceful place to escape.
