Cabin vacation rentals in Kinda Municipality

We had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren. The beautiful nature and the many leisure opportunities have made the holiday particularly relaxing. The sauna house with the hot tube was simply indescribably beautiful in a clear starry sky. Particularly noteworthy is the very personal, fair and fast communication with Julia and Pelle.

A super nice place to stay that is highly recommended! Fresh and cozy. The host Kathy is easy to communicate with and responds quickly and is really nice. Upon arrival, we were greeted with chocolate and bubbly which feels luxurious. There is access to a really lovely spa bath/ hot tub which puts an extra golden edge on this nice home. The fact that breakfast is taken at the adjacent Starby Hotel makes it all extra lovely and is a nice end to a great stay.

This place is ideal for two people and offers a great starting point for many excursions into nature. The quiet and secluded location ensures a relaxed atmosphere. Niclas, the landlord, was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this place.

very nice Schwedenhausen in Vimmerby in the forest, not far from a lake. Everything you need on vacation is available in the kitchen. Good starting point for activities around Vimmerby. Very nice host who was always available and gave good tips for the area.

Very cozy cabin by the water. Everything was as described and worked. Made it an easy and enjoyable stay! Only downside is the noice from the big road close by, but if you can ignore that, this is a great option for a bigger group of people!

The place was very clean and comfortable during our stay. Especially the kitchen is well equipped - everything you need for a few days in Vimmerby. The nice cottage is also cleverly located for a visit to Astrid Lingrens Värld; you can walk there for about 25 minutes. The hosts were available and very accommodating and helpful.

We loved the house - it is big enough to room 2 families and within reasonable driving distance from Astrid Lindgren World. The house has a lot of history in itself and the family generations who lived there. The glass terrace is worth special praise as it provides hours of family time regardless of the weather. Well maintained garden and the lawn allow the kids to run around and come up with new outdoor activities. The hosts were particularly attentive to our remark that one could go mushroom hunting in the area - as where we live we are not spoiled by that - and brought us freshly picked aromatic chanterelles. We felt privileged that we could stay in the house and are very grateful for Swedish hospitality.

Small cottage but has everything you need. Can absolutely accommodate a family of 4 people. Felt clean and fresh linens and towels were included. Toilet and shower in separate cabin 10 m next door. Nice environment in that building as well. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to test the swimming area that will be nearby. However, we visited Kvilleeken that you can even see from the cabin. Eken should be visited soon because sent is getting bad on it. Still a fascinating revelation though. The host Kerstin was helpful and nice.

Was surprised at how big it was against what it looked like in the photos, airy and pleasant. There was everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The icing on the cake would have been if there was Wi-Fi when traveling with children. We got the cottage at the end with great views of horse pastures and forest. We spent two days at Astrid Lindgren's World and it was okay distance to get there. Annette was very nice and helpful when we arrived. Everything was great ☺️

Sarah's house is beautifully decorated and you feel right at home. It's much more spacious than you'd think based on the photos and she really thought of everything. From lovely slippers and bathrobes to everything in the kitchen cabinets to bake cookies. When you get out of the cottage, you will be in the woods in no time (with beautiful rock formation) and you can take wonderful walks on both sides. For our dog a party every day at the early morning walk. Furthermore, there is a lot to see in the area about nature, lakes, etc. Vimmerby with Astrid Lindgrens Varld is half an hour and Vastervik is an hour away if you would like to see some people instead of hiking in nature. Sarah always responds very quickly and adequately if you have a question (but we didn't have that much because she does it well).

Great place to stay, close to amazing nature for hiking, biking and kayaking.

The hosts gave us a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be coming back next year. The cottages are lovingly decorated and you are very quickly in relaxation mode. The service was perfect from the start! It is also great that you can leave your boat in the water on site and leave it at the jetty, which is right in front of the house. And if you don't bring your own boat, you can easily rent one on site. For a vacation with children, the place is also highly recommended.

Our stay at Jan and Kristina was great! Very nice cabin in fantastic surroundings. The forest is right next door, where there is also a nature playground. Jan and Kristina are incredibly nice and the check-in went well. Very recommendable
