Thanks to the bathroom and toilet located on both floors, 2 families can spend a very comfortable holiday independent of each other. Note: During the winter season (11/01/2025-03/31/2026), our villa's swimming pool is active and will continue to operate, but there is no heating system in our pool. Our goal is to be clean and look nice. Of course, our guests can swim if they wish. Towels, slippers, blankets, duvets and portable convector heaters will be provided for your comfort in winter mode.

We live nearby and try to keep everything smooth, thoughtful, and low-key so you can enjoy your stay.
