House vacation rentals in Kin, Kunigami District

Very lovely home, brand new appliances, comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom/shower, but the only disappointing thing was the lack of cleanliness of the air conditioner vents and the master bedroom did not get very cool despite it being on full blast and not too hot outside (mid-November). I submitted pictures of the extremely dusty vents to the landlord so hopefully they clean it and then the place would be perfect. Very quiet with lots of grave sites all along the street.

We stayed here for 12 days for our family trip to Okinawa and had so much fun! We had 6 kids with us and this house kept them very entertained with the pool and hot tub and many things there (goggles, flippers, snorkeling gear, paddle board, etc.). We had a couple issues with the projectors but the owner was very responsive and had it fixed for us pretty fast! 100% would recommend to anybody traveling to Okinawa! Lots of cute cafes and restaurants in walking distance and the beach is right across the street!

The place looked new and was spacious and spotlessly clean. It has very nice wooden structures and the smell of wood was very refreshing. Our family loved it and my kids loved the pool. It was 65 degree outside and raining but my kids loved playing in the water. The location was great too. You can visit many attractions within an hour of driving. The price was very reasonable. We also loved that they had a washer and a dryer. We will definitely stay there again. Only down side was many restaurants nearby closes early like by 6 pm.

The place was very clean, and just like the pictures. I would suggest bringing your own beach towels. A kitchen towel would have been nice as well. Loved the proximity to the beach. Overall happy with our stay.

很棒 很舒適的飯店

Amazingly beautiful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. There’s 1 walkable ramen noodle place within 5 minutes, numerous vending machines around, beach is literally 5 minutes or less walking distance. Feels like your own private beach. Spectacular views from the bedroom and tub. I advised you to make sure to use street view on Google maps so you are aware what street to look for when near. Google maps took me a few hundred feet away from the address. Would not recommend a huge vehicle as it’s a small narrow street with cars parked on the side. There is a bit of a steep hill but don’t worry your vehicle will go up it just find. I used a Honda fit and had no issues. Nearby are some castle ruins, about 3 minutes away (left turn from the bus stop/vending machine.) Costco is 6 minutes away by vehicle if you are needing supplies. Most ramen places close around 2:30 -3:30 pm. Host was amazing, place was clean and amazing. I would like to come back on my next trip.

흐리고 비가 오는 날씨였지만 오키나와 여행성공의 90프로 지분을 가지고 있다할 정도로 만족한 숙소였음. 인근의 한적한 해변은 아침조깅을 하는데 정말 좋았고 집안 곳곳의 물고기 스티커는 아들을 매우 만족시킴. 비 때문에 수영장과 바베큐를 즐길 순 없었지만 그럼에도 가족 모두가 너무나 행복한 시간을 보냄. 다음에 오키나와에 온다면 또 머물고 싶음. 감사합니다.

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Felt like a home away from home. Chikako is a fantastic host. She met us at check in and also came early in the morning at checkout so we could use the internal lift to transport our luggage. She also had helpful local recommendations. The izakaya restaurant just across the street is fantastic, we went back there a 2nd time as the food was so good! Would highly recommend Chikako’s accomodation!

We had an amazing stay at Nakamuras Home! Beautiful place and great location with much to do nearby! We will definitely stay again when we visit Okinawa again. Many thanks to Nakamura our wonderful host!

房源位置好找，可以停三台車子，附近有麥當勞、Sukiya跟一間大超市，採買相當容易，房東回覆很迅速，人超好，退房後才發現不小心遺留物品也願意幫我先保管再給我，下次來沖繩還會再入住～

This place was AMAZING! The decor was so nice, I felt like I was at an upscale hotel! I loved all the amenities and how much space there was. There was a very nice beach 20 minutes away (driving) and a Lawson's right next door, which was very convenient. I will book again if available! The host were very accommodating and responded quickly! Great Stay!

Great stay! Yoshimi as a host was amazing. Very responsive, friendly and helpful. Always asked if everything was okay and even took my family out and around. Always standing by to make the stay better. Just make sure your driving skills are high because the road to it can be difficult with larger vehicles.

很悠閒的度過了5天旅遊， 開車5分鐘有丸大超市，6分鐘有Lawson 走路3分鐘有傳統雜貨店，也超好逛 居酒屋在雜貨店旁，老闆很親切 房源很新、設備齊全 非常乾淨！ 有行李箱專用倉櫥！ 整體來說，就是我們下一次訂得到的話 還會再來一次！

寧靜的小區，溫馨的房子，友善的房東讓我們留下美好的回憶❤️

真的讚嘆日本的空間利用！一樓外面看起來可停放2-3台車，一樓是共用區域有比較小間的廁所，旁邊是客廳（電視、沙發）及飯廳（一桌子六個位置）及廚房（可開伙、飯鍋、微波爐、小烤箱），以及一間我非常喜歡的浴室，浴室內可淋浴也有泡澡的！最貼心的是有洗衣機以外還有烘乾機，對多天住宿的我們來說非常實用方便，客廳旁還有曬衣場完全不用擔心晾在室內。 二樓有三間房間擺放舒服的床，最多可睡到8個人（3間房可睡3/3/2人），而且床跟枕頭真的很舒適。 整個體驗都令人驚艷及滿意到不行！再來沖繩會再回訪～

아기들이랑 같이 갔는데 룸 컨디션도 좋고 호스트분도 굉장히 친절하셨습니다. 에어비앤비를 이용해본적이 없어 걱정했던 점들도 있는데 긍정적인 생각으로 바뀌게 되었습니다. 다음에 또 오키나와를 간다면 이 숙소로 오고싶네요.

房內乾淨整潔，周圍很寧靜，屋子是沒有連在一起的，所以不用擔心周圍的聲音，屋內很貼心附上咖啡、免洗餐具包，且室內空間大，床鋪也很乾淨，沒有異味，很乾爽，空調也很涼，吹出來的風也沒有怪味，附近開車10分鐘內就有超商，價格也很合理～推薦給要來沖繩中部旅遊的人！

이 숙소를 보게 된 당신은 행운아입니다. 오키나와 여행이 훨씬 더 행복해질 것입니다. 여자 10명의 단체 여행이었고 모두가 처음부터 끝까지 숙소에 정말 정말 만족했기 때문에, 우리가 느낀 행복을 말하려고 합니다. 1. 호스트가 친절합니다. 수건, 침대, 체크인 등 저희의 요구 사항이 많았는데 모두 친절히 대답해줬습니다. 택시도 예약 해줬고 동네 맛집도 소개해주셨습니다. 그리고 숙소에 서프라이즈 선물도 준비해주셨습니다. 선물이 뭔지는 숙소에 올 사람을 위해 비밀로 하겠습니다! 2. 숙소가 정말 아름답습니다. 시원한 2층 구조입니다. 1층은 거실이 넓어 다같이 놀기 좋고, 2층 침실에 있는 테라스에서는 해변이 바로 보입니다. 2층 침실에 누우면 큰 창을 통해 별도 볼 수 있습니다. 사진으로도 아름답지만 실제로 가면 더 좋습니다. 3. 숙소를 이용하기 편합니다. 10명이라 잠자리가 걱정되었는데, 간이 침대를 비치해줘서 모두 편하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 세탁기, 프로젝터 등 여행이 편해지고 재밌어지는 것도 비치되어 있어요. 4. 숙소 위치한 동네가 좋습니다. 숙소 바로 앞에 작은 해변이 있습니다. 수영을 할 수 있어요. 조금 걷긴 해야 하지만, 근처에 큰 슈퍼 마켓도 있고 맛집도 많아요. 평화로운 현지인 동네를 좋아하는 분께 추천해요. 또, 공항과 가깝고 나하 국제거리, 아메리칸 빌리지와도 크게 멀지 않아 이동하기 좋았습니다.

Erika and Kazuto are wonderful hosts! Meeting such people is a rare stroke of luck. They showed genuine care and warmth, which you don’t usually expect in this context. The house is absolutely new, impeccably clean, and very cozy. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, with nothing superfluous. The house is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature, with several beaches nearby that can be reached on foot or by bus. By the way, the bus stop is quite close to the house, which is convenient for reaching other locations. A beautiful sea view, the scent of the forest, peace, and tranquility - all of this can be found in Erika and Kazuto’s villa.

この度は二度目の利用となりましたが、今回も大変満足のいく滞在となりました。 ホスト様の温かなお出迎えに始まり、素晴らしいロケーション、充実した備品の数々など、すべてにおいて申し分ございません！！ 小さな子どもを連れての宿泊でしたが、安心して快適に過ごすことができました。 次回もぜひ利用させていただきたく存じます。 この度も本当にありがとうございました。
