It is located in the beautiful countryside of West Clare. The house is in easy driving distance of Milltown Malby, seaside towns of Quilty, Spanish Point, Lahinch, Doonbeg, Doolin, Cliffs of Moher and Dromoland & Bunratty Castles. Hiking nearby. Recently refurbished farmhouse located just off the Wild Atlantic Way. The property is 6 km from the coastal town of Kilkee and 7 km from the market town of Kilrush. The Burren and Cliffs of Moher are approximately 1 hour’s drive. Peaceful location in the West Clare countryside. Pets are welcome but no stags, hens or parties. Own transport is advised, limited public transport is available 500 m from the house. Covered shed available for motorbikes. Owner lives next door. (House in front).
