Unique Wooden Cabin with mountain views

The cabin is perfect for anyone who wants a unique get away and to experience beautiful west cork. A 10 min drive to Glengarriff - 25 to Bantry & 20 to Kenmare . There is plenty to do and see in the area. It is a peaceful and private place with absolutely everything you need to hand. The views and the scenery are stunning. The cabin is completely self contained set in its own garden. There are great walks and drives nearby. Or just spend time, sitting on the deck gazing at the magical view.

This snug, grass-roofed eco-cabin offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a warm Irish welcome, mountain walks on the Beara Way or snorkelling through nearby reefs. Sample local cheeses, lamb, fish and seafood or stoke up the wood-burning stove, have a glass of wine and and savour the peace and tranquillity! Word of warning: we are VERY remote, (1km off the road down a rough track). With almost no public transport, own transport (eg car) is highly recommended - see Getting Around!

Shower, toilet, and tea-making facilities are included, and free WIFI if needed. We are in a great location between Killarney (12 miles) and Tralee (8 miles) overlooked by the Macgillycuddy's Reeks. For your comfort, this cabin is for one person only. Ideally, a car is needed as we are in a great location but rural.

The Boat House is located right on the beach (perfectly safe for kids) on the island of Valentia off the Southwest coast of Ireland.
