Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kill Devil Hill

The condo is in a great spot with some nice amenities. The tennis courts were empty, so it was easy to play if you wanted, and while I didn’t swim since it wasn’t the season, the pool looked like it would be nice in warmer weather. The location is perfect—close to Bay Drive with the wide sound-side walking path and an easy walk to the monument. There are three flights of stairs to get to the unit (this was mentioned in the listing, so I knew ahead of time). I didn’t mind at all, and the upside is no one above you and amazing views from the porch. The condo is simple but had everything I needed, and I was very comfortable. It’s also absolutely spotless—they clearly put a lot of effort into keeping it clean, which was so reassuring. Easily the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Thanks so much for hosting!

Mark’s place was the perfect location for our long weekend vacation in OBX! Our dog absolutely loved the fenced in yard, and we were in prime location for all the activities we wanted to do! Would definitely recommend Mark’s place if you’re looking for a peaceful but walkable location in Kill Devil Hills

Barb was very kind throughout the booking process and provided additional pictures and information to assist with the check-in process. The little apartment was exactly as-pictured! Cute and quiet, right by the Nags Head woods. Public beach access is close by, and the location is incredibly convenient for all that OBX has to offer. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Pat and Chuck were nothing but excellent! They were great with communication, responding almost immediately every single time. The welcome to their place made you feel very comfortable. Everything was so tidy and clean, hosts were so thoughtful with leaving little items in the room for guests to use. We would absolutely love to stay at their place again!

John and Shelly were wonderful hosts, sincerely taking care of their guests. Their place is ideal for a family. It was very quiet, cozy, and spacious, surrounded by greenery. The beds and furniture were so comfortable. Everything was where it should be, such as towels, cooking ingredients, utensils, coffee, and even Jenga! We had an unforgettable vacation there. We had a great time. Very nice place. Much better than a hotel. The host was extremely helpful. This was the first Airbnb for us and we would do this again. We enjoyed the area and it helped to have a tremendous place to stay.

Lovely place with easy beach access! The place was well furnished and decorated with board games, books, and TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom and full kitchen were beautiful with modern tiling and new appliances! The interior design was on point. We’d love to come back every year! Perfect for a much needed gate-away.

We had the most amazing stay! Rebecca was extremely communicative and made sure we knew everything we needed to! The place looked exactly as pictures and was very clean. It was a short walk to the beach (about 5 minutes) and the private pool was so nice to come back to! We would absolutely stay at one of Rebecca’s houses again!

Shane’s place looked even better than the pictures. Check in was easy and Shane provided all the necessary toiletries for the entire duration of our trip. The house is nestled in the heart of the outer banks which made exploring other areas quick and easy. The hot tub was a nice touch and we loved how private the house felt. Only a short 2 min walk to the beach too. We loved our trip!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kearney Castle and we will definitely be back. The rental was in the perfect location and the views of the ocean were perfection. I love that the owners allow us to bring our dogs. They loved the beach too! The hosts recommendations for local restaurants were spot on. We loved Mulligans and Noosa Beach Grille. The deck was awesome also. we visited off season but the street was quiet and the beach was mostly empty, which we loved for the dogs! The house isn't brand new but that's what we loved. We loved the handwritten note instructions on the fridge and the sea shell shelf as a guest book of memories for all the past guests!

This is a beautiful cozy home just a short walk to the beach. We felt right at home here. You can see the sunset from the balcony. it's right next to a restaurant and Ashley's espresso parlour is only a short walk away. Hosts were very accommodating. We were traveling with kids and they allowed us to check in early to drop off our bags. We also forgot something after checkout and we were able to retrieve our item. They communicate very quickly. I only stay at Airbnbs in the OBX that has an outdoor shower (part of the experience- life changing lol) so this had everything we needed. Even close to the grocery store! would definitely recommend. Would definitely stay here again. also, beds are comfy. water pressure great. water temperatures also great lol

We had a wonderful stay at this home very nice neighborhood, nice clean home, places to visit were close by. Definitely will be booking again for next summer☺️ highly recommend staying here.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen was my favorite part. It was so well stocked with quality equipment! The air conditioning was wonderful in both units. The two houses in one make it perfect for family that need a get away from the crowd from time to time. I can’t say enough good things about this house. The walk to the beach was super easy even with a 2 year old and 2 three year olds. Such a good place to play games with your loved ones, cook memorable meals and of course enjoy the beach.

We loved our week at Monika's place. We visted Cape Hatteras (the lighthouse is undergoing repairs), the Wright Brothers National Memorial, Jockey's Ridge State Park (beautiful sunset) and we did daily hikes around Nags Head Wood Preserve, which is a very short walk from the house. We also had some great food and enjoyed the available bicycles.

We had a great stay. The fenced in back yard was wonderful with our dogs and was a peaceful place to sip our morning coffee.

Great location near Corolla beach, the place was dog friendly, and the hosts were great! Our first time to OBX & it was very memorable. Would definitely stay again! Hosts were fast to respond & made everything as easy as possible with check in/out. Thank you for a great stay!

Condo was in a great convenient location. Very spacious. We did a lot of sight seeing so didn’t spend a whole lot of time on site but it accommodated all of our needs!

The calm waves is super cozy and has everything a family with young kids needs (including some toys and baby proofing). It is in a great location that feels very family friendly and short walk to the beach and restaurants. This was our second stay and we hope to visit again!

Exactly as expected, pictures say it all! Very clean, easy to communicate with the host, well appointed condo. With 4 kids, it can be tough to find something everyone likes to do, no problem with the recommendations and coupons! Thank you!! Martin was a super responsive host. Anything we needed he was there to help. The place was gorgeous and in a really nice location. The unit was right next to the pool and tucked away from the main road. The pool was nice and it wasn't too crowded when we went. If you look really close you can see the ocean from the private balcony. Parking wasn't an issue for us. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Would 100% recommend staying here if you don't want to be right on the beach but close enough that it takes 3 minutes to drive the the beach access. Overall, this was the perfect place for our girls trip.
