Snowtopia, newly opened in December 2025, is an accommodation space about 4 minutes on foot from Echigo Yuzawa Station, where you can spend time like in a "Utopia" in a snowy country. ▶ Free shuttle buses to nearby ski resorts are available a 3-minute walk away, making it ideal for ski and snowboard trips. ▶ Within a 10-minute walk, there are large supermarkets, convenience stores, drug stores, day-use hot springs, restaurants, sightseeing spots, etc., making it convenient for long-term stays. ▶ 6 beds and 2 futons can accommodate up to 14 people, for groups of friends, family trips, training camps, etc. It's a perfect, spacious space.In addition to the Western-style room, we also provide a relaxing Japanese-style room.It gently soothes the fatigue of the day. ▶ High-speed Wi-Fi, special bedding, and full amenities for a comfortable stay. ▶ The owner lives in part of the 1st floor, but if there are any problems during your stay, the landlord will take care of it. In the green season, there are eight golf courses within an hour, including the Madarao Country Club, and many day-use hot spring facilities. The owner lives on the right side of the entrance and can be contacted at any time, and understands everyday conversational English. In the green season, you can harvest fresh vegetables from our own farm at any time, and enjoy a barbecue in the garden. The garden is also spacious, so you can also enjoy a short walk. Iiyama's specialty is the famous green asparagus, which can be enjoyed from May to July, and there is also a roadside station nearby where you can enjoy fresh vegetables and delicious buckwheat.

This is a house with a superb view overlooking Lake Nojiri. There are several ski slopes (Myoko, Kurohime, and Masao), about 15-20 minutes away, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy a wood-burning sauna and a stunning water bath. There are no private houses around, so you can also watch music and movies with loud noises. Since it is a house nestled in the mountains, we will do our best to take care of it, but during the warmer months, insects can be seen.It snows a lot in winter.In autumn, the leaves dance. You must also adjust the fire in the wood stove yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but it's got an incredible view. Enjoy cooking with a kitchen counter with stunning views, condiments, and a cooker.(There is no equipment for BBQ.)

Capsule House-K, a monumental capsule house in nature designed by Kisho Kurokawa

CAPUSULE HOUSE-K is a private house designed by Kisho Kurokawa. It was created based on the concepts of Metabolism and Homo Mobius. This building is composed of the same capsules as the Chugin Capsule Tower Building, which is also a metabolism building, and was completed in 1973, the year after the building was completed. Until now, it has been open only to a few people and was a little-known building, but in 2019, the restoration was started by Kisho Kurokawa's son, and now it is open to the public with the interior of that time.
