Yoji Nozawa Studio Apartment in Nozawa Onsen

LucyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yoji Studio! Amy and the host were incredibly helpful and provided us with amazing recommendations. We stayed whilst we were snowboarding, the accommodation has the added bonus of 20% off the snow rental shop on the slopes! The place felt just like home, so close to all amenities and plentiful space, utensils in the little kitchenette. Coffee machine was great too! Lovely comfy king sized bed to rest in after a long day on the slopes! There is a washer dryer to use with complimentary detergent, also shampoo, conditioner etc in the bathroom! Smart TV and wifi for the nights we stayed in. Next door is the studio space with gym and yoga equipment; a stones throw away from a local (free) onsen to soak those aching muscles! All round great hosts, a great little spot, couldn’t be happier with the week we had staying here! Thank you so much for having us ☺️

[Yudanaka Yumoto] Authentic Ryokan

KatherineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Yasuyo collected us from the station without us even asking (it's only a 10 minute walk otherwise!). she was warm and welcoming and explained everything clearly to us. the breakfast was delicious and the Onsen incredible. The room was actually a suite of rooms which made for a relaxing stay! Yasuyo drove us to the monkey park in the morning and even leant us umbrellas. honestly a delightful stay! simply perfect. careful of the hottest bath in the Onsen! it's very very hot!
Tall trees reach toward a clear blue sky, with sunlight filtering through the vibrant green foliage. The upward perspective creates a sense of openness and connection to nature, emphasizing the tranquil, wooded environment surrounding the property.

There were no other houses around, and I really relaxed without worrying about anyone else! I was surprised by the existence of a treehouse. We had a pleasant time eating breakfast and tea at the treehouse. We'd love to visit!

Experience a trip like living in a 100-year-old house surrounded by nature

JulietteRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We loved our stay at Kenji’s place. It’s in a secluded location, surrounded by cherry blossom trees, overlooking a beautiful valley. It’s a bit far away from everything, but that was a plus for us - we were looking for something quiet. The Airbnb consists of one older, traditional house (with a living room, dining room, bathroom and large kitchen) and two more modern houses that were recently renovated in a chalet style (one with a living area, kitchenette, bathroom and upstairs bedroom, one with just a bedroom). Everything was very clean and the hosts were incredibly kind - they really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They even left us lots of snacks and apple juice from their own orchard. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

A clean and modern bathroom is depicted, featuring a contemporary toilet equipped with integrated features. Two wall-mounted holders are positioned beside the toilet, adding convenience. The neutral-colored walls and floor create a minimalist aesthetic, contributing to a tidy atmosphere.

One rental Nagano Hapi House (Karuizawa Nishi) The best place to stay!

KieranRating, 5 stars6 days ago
The owner was very friendly and worked through the language barrier. He was very nice and recommended stuff for us to do in the area. The property was beautiful and quiet and I would recommend anyone to come stay here for a relaxing time in the country areas of Japan.

【RiverxBBQ】Enjoy nature in a villa|

AlexRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I really liked this place. Set on a small river, this recently renovated house has 2 bedrooms upstairs and the lounge/dining , kitchen, bathroom downstairs. I slept in the lounge/ dining in a futon on the tatami floor - classic Japanese style. You could hear the river flowing outside. Very peaceful. You really need a car and if you are staying here. Though there is a bus stop 20 metres away, however buses stop in the late afternoon (my daughter got caught 3 kms away at 6pm when the buses finished). A very picturesque area, rural, surrounded by mountains. There aren’t any restaurants or supermarkets/convenience stores or even vending machines in easy walking distance. Though the restaurants may have been closed as I was there out of season. If you want a chill place to stay in the mountains (and you have a car) then this is your place.
