Staying in the retro house was nice and smooth and the house was cozy and child- and dog-friendly. The location of the house and the landscape along the Kiiminkijoki river is beautiful and it is a short distance to the services in the village center. The accommodation is particularly excellent for a former local who wants to spend time in the familiar home region of Kiiming instead of the center of Oulu.

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka welcomed us personally. The house is located close to the road and is easily accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka organized cross-country skis and snowshoes for us at a good price and marked a trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the Northern Lights twice. Everything was super straightforward. Thank you very much.

Amazing house in a beautiful location. We had a very nice stay here. The house is very cozy, sauna is great and the pool was awesome. The hosts are very friendly and communication was smooth. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!
