Vacation rentals with a pool in Kifisia

Maro's house is very pretty. We felt very comfortable. We had a lot of space as a family with four children. The amenities are very good. Especially beautiful is the large pool overlooking Athens. The house is ideal for a quiet place to stay in Athens. It takes about 30 minutes by metro, but you live very quietly in the countryside. Maro is a wonderful host. Communication is fast and straightforward. Thank you for the lovely holiday!

We feel blessed to have stayed at this Airbnb. Annita and her family showed us true Greek hospitality in so many ways. It was very touching for us. The views from the pool deck were amazing! The pool was a welcome relief after a day of sightseeing or just cooling off after the beach. Everything is so close! The best bakery and coffee shop, grocery store and pharmacy, wonderful restaurants, all within a few minutes of this fantastic home. We would not hesitate to stay with Annita again. Highly recommended!!!

Absolute perfection - thank you so much, Kyriaki. This is a beautiful, homely, thoughtful and very special house. Exquisite details, all the mod cons (so easy to live in!) and the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. Also - if you’re into this sort of thing - just brilliant, warm, loving energy. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful home, the attention to detail, and the warm hospitality. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and designed for comfort. The highlight, without a doubt, was the indoor swimming pool. Whether we were enjoying a morning swim or unwinding in the evening, it made the entire experience feel truly luxurious. The home itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Gianna went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay, providing thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome. No matter what we say, it's a little!! We went to Villa Emma,and Kemma allowed us to do our engagement there as well as we made a modern engagement /party . K. ema greeted us from the heart, a sweet person made us feel like we were at home. For any questions we had or needed some help he was there. Just great!! The house loses a lot of photos with what it really is, it's just a dream!! It's fantastic in a spot quite quiet !! The house really had everything was fully equipped terraast & spotless! The whole world on engagement day was amazed at how beautiful the place was, as well as the family friends we hosted . We baked in the barbecue that has as it had all the equipment we didn't have to take anything from our house and we enjoyed it.It is not enough what I want to say but for sure we will visit it again as we were stunned and delighted

We have a brilliant time at Nikkos’ lovely villa. It’s quiet, private and the pool is wonderful. It’s really handy for Vari and other places on the coast but you do need a car. It was the perfect retreat for us. Nikkos is such a friendly host. Nothing is too much trouble for him. We would like to thank Nikkos for a great holiday!

The house has all the amenities provided on the description. The rooms and all the spaces in general were clean and tidy which consisted a perfect place for a family stay such as my own. The area was also very quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and eager to help us with every need and inquiry. He also provided info about the local restaurants and places to go. All in all I totally recommend it!

Stamatis was an excellent host , more over he was an amazing person! He meets you at the entrance, explains everything in detail, gives you all the recommendations about where to go what to do, also has all of that written down for you at the apartment so you don't miss out on anything. The apartment was amazing, beautiful decor, clean, spacious, with a lovely balcony where we sat for our morning coffees, very nice kitchen which I used to cook a few times, netflix also installed on the tv, privately parking and underfloor heating in the house which was amazing. The rooftop pool was beautiful with amazing views , so if you stay in a warmer - summer season it will be amazing to use. The apartment is very close to the metro only a 3-5 minute walk literally. We enjoyed every moment of this beautiful apartment and I have to say I would give it a 10 star reviewif there was one. Exceptional..! We will definitely be staying again!! Great place, close to everything. Views from the rooftop pool were amazing. Had an issue with AC just one day as it was hot, but other than that it was a perfect stay. She was very accommodating. Thanks! 😊

The villa is amazing and the host Marika is more than welcoming! We arrived late at night and she waited for us with snacks in case we were hungry. She gave us great directions for beach and restaurants. The house is driving distance to beach, not walking. But the beach is one of the best I have tried. Beach clubs and beautiful sand beach. I’m coming back!

Maria was a fantastic and welcoming host with an outstanding accomodation. She answered all of our questions almost instantly regardless of time and was very flexible with anything we needed. The pool was able to be heated (helpful in March) and was pristine with a gorgeous view. The location was close enough to Athens to get there within an hour and the nearby attractions like Lake Vouglimeni and Temple of Poseidon were only 20 minutes away. There were many beaches close by too including Saronida right at the bottom of the hill. The house far exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and space. Most days my family just wanted to gather and sit outside on the back patio area. That was all the vacation we needed :) Next time we are in Greece, we know exactly where we will be staying! Many thanks to Maria and her husband for hosting us at their gorgeous home.

This home is beautiful inside and out!! We had a wonderful time staying there with our family. There is plenty of room for a lot of guests. We would most certainly stay again if we are ever in Athens. Wonderful host.

We had a wonderful family holiday! We felt immediately welcome and fell in love with the house and its views within seconds! We planned out our adventures visiting many local, magnificent and ancient sites and used the very clear recommendations made by Salome and Spiridon in the house book! The pool was lovely and the proximity to the sea was great! The homemade jams and the well equipped kitchen made us very happy! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy this very special place. I loved the antiques and the art, the thought in the design of the house and the totally gorgeous position. A holiday to treasure.

Great place… great location excellent communication with host and would probably look to book again! I guess the only downside for me would it’s a shame it’s not 3 bedrooms… otherwise really enjoyed my stay…👍🏻

We had a fantastic stay at Mario’s! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, but the real highlight was the view—it was absolutely breathtaking. Whether I was sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel extra special. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. This was our first multi-family international trip, and staying here was definitely the right choice. We explored several of the nearby smaller port towns for dinner, and everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible by car. One day, we even stayed local and enjoyed the beach, which was just a short walk from the house. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly—even taking the time to show my parents how to look for wild asparagus! It was truly a perfect trip and the perfect place to stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat
