Villa vacation rentals in Khlong Toei

Was a great location and very clean. Appreciated the washing machine. Location was convenient as there's a 24 hour convenience store, pharmacy and supermarket a short walk away. Some plumbing noises throughout (sounds like hairdryer/ waterpipes) which we were OK with but bring earplugs if it would bother you. Bed was comfy and sheets soft, aircon was wonderfully cold. A blessing in the heat. Had everything we needed including many clothes hangers and a balcony for drying clothes. Bulb went out during our stay and host fixed the issue promptly. It was a nice stay, thank you for having us!

A hidden oasis on the doorstep of the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. The villa offered a lovely private pool and a good selection of TV channels. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. Great air con! Nittaya welcomed us with a warm smile and was very helpful and always contactable. A very cool place if you want privacy and quiet. Bangkok shopping was only a 30 minute taxi ride.

Nice house especially if you come with a group. Close to MRT. I enjoyed staying here, slept well and easy to find food. The weakness is only lack of essentials such as water, basic cooking ingredients, and laundry detergent.

The feeling of the B&B is good, a very pleasant stay, the layout of the room is also my favorite style, all kinds of facilities are fully equipped, the hygiene is meticulous and tidy, and I am very satisfied with the stay!

WOW, this place is incredible. I was hooked from the pictures but it's even more amazing in real life. We spent so much time in the beautiful yard watching the longtail boats go by. It's such a special environment to be in a quiet neighborhood, just a walk up the street to markets and street food, and have a lush massive garden to relax in. The house itself is immaculate and has so much style. The furniture is so comfortable and our family felt right at home. Thanut was so kind and helpful at checkin and at every communication. We will be staying again!!

Perfect getaway!Dream villa far exceeded expectations🏠 The Airbnb villa we stayed at was simply the highlight of our trip!From the moment you step into the courtyard, you'll be amazed by the carefully designed environment - an intimate pool surrounded by greenery, a sun-drenched terrace, artistic interior, and every detail highlights the host's taste and dedication. The kitchen is equipped with high-end kitchenware, so we can enjoy cooking at home; the floor-to-ceiling windows in the master bedroom are beautiful, the feeling of being naturally awakened in the early morning is too cured; the sanitary condition is also impeccable, the bed is soft and fresh, and the bathroom towels are fluffy and clean like a five-star hotel. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, sent a detailed check-in guide in advance, and recommended the surrounding niche spots and authentic restaurants, the location was ideal, and it was both quiet and not far from downtown. If suggestions were to be made... presumably "stay to not want to go"!Already agreed with friends to come back next year, thank you hosts for making such great memories for us!✨

Great Host. Easy communication.

Great stay for our large group. Yes, while the walk to the public transit can be a bit far (very do-able!), the boat ferry (Khlong Saen Saep) is barely a 5 min walk away and you take it one stop to the MRT. Housekeeping was there every morning cleaning the common areas. Everyone loved the pool. I do wish we had separate pool towels vs bath towels - BUT when I asked for an iron or steamer they brought one immediately so I'm sure we could have asked for them! Great stay for a large group.

Amazing location. Went to Babyccino almost everyday for coffee in the morning just a 3 min walk. Pool was great, ac in every room. There was mosquitos by the pool but nothing we could do about that. Would stay here again 100%

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do, which really added to the trip. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet close to everything. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a solo recharge, or a fun time with friends, this place checks all the boxes. Can’t recommend it enough. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Recommended for large families. Good location in the center of the city. Close to BigC. Walking distance to BTS, but may be a little far. The swimming pool is very long, but not suitable for small children. The pool is deep, minus cleanliness points around the house, in front of the house and storage room.

We had such a great time at Prinsiri’s villa! The place was super clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures and description—no surprises at all. Prinsiri was amazing, always quick to respond and really helpful with a few things during our stay. You can tell she’s a thoughtful and proactive host. Even she prepared fruits and foods during our stay. Highly recommend staying here—the villa is wonderful! Would love to come back!

It was a pleasure to stay at punntara, a villa with 8 of us, the room was big and characterful.The aunts at the front desk were also very nice and solved our problems at all times.There are 24 hour boats in and out of the hotel every day and the hotel is close behind the pier.The environment is good, rich in green plants, and belongs to a quiet part of Bangkok.It is about seven or eight kilometers from the city, a little far, but suitable for tourists who like tranquility.

Words cannot describe the trip I had and the stay at Benny's place was amazing. You can't buy that sort of experience, they were so kind and so helpful and they even brought me out for late night supper at a 100 year old restaurant! what an experience man, I can't put it into words. If you'd like to explore Bangkok on your own time and not just spend your days shopping in town. Start your journey here, go off the beaten track for once, you'll be surprised where it takes you.

Thanks to the very kind host, I was able to enjoy a good time to my heart's content. The host is the best in resolving things you don't know! As we had a good time, I'll definitely visit again if I get a chance next time. It was a fully satisfying accommodation for a family of 9 to enjoy.
