Excellent location! My Korean friend loved the easy access to a new opened Thai street food market and being within walking distance of BTS Phrompong, Emporium, EmQuartier, and Emsphere. The proximity to Big C on Rama 4 for souvenirs such as dried fruits and local stores was also a plus!

The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

Great place for the money. The top apartment has an amazing view and the bedrooms are huge and very comfortable. I did have a couple of issues at the start but the hosts bent over backwards to try and get them sorted out really quickly. I wouldn’t recommend staying there if you want to work as there is nowhere to sit and work and the wifi isn’t really suitable for video calling but I absolutely recommend for a holiday!!

Be sure to see the directions the host send you instead of Google Maps! When I was inside the alley, Google Maps gave me the other way. Getting in touch with your host is good, so you don't have to worry about that. Also, the place was pretty and in order. Especially the bed was fluffy and cozy. However, as shown in the photos, the bathroom was narrow and uncomfortable that there were no separate sinks, and the top is so I share an embarrassing sound with the person who uses the same room,,, ^ ^ If that doesn't matter, that's fine! Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation:)

Mr. Sasha’s house is very beautiful and cozy, and they have two adorable Chihuahuas, Chic and Dodo. The room comes with a private bathroom, which is very convenient. The decoration of the room is also lovely. Mr. Sasha provides clean towels and coffee, and the whole family is incredibly nice. Also, I highly recommend Mr. Sasha’s Korean restaurant. I wanted to eat there every day — the shrimp meal, salmon, jajangmyaon, gimbap, fried chicken — every dish was super delicious. Especially the shrimp, it’s a must-try for every guest. It’s truly yummy Korean-style food. I will miss this place and will definitely stay here again next time I come to BKK! Let me know if you want a more casual or formal tone!
