Monthly Rentals in Khlong Toei

I had a great and Wonderful stay a Ruji’s condo. The condo is a 7 minute walk to bts Ekkemai and the gateway shopping mall. There are local restaurants near the condo. The condo building is in a quiet street so no traffic noise. Ruji is a very responsive and attentive host, I got a birthday present and cookies with Christmas. She even brought an air purifier when the smog was bad in Bangkok. The instructions for the check in were clear and easy to follow. The cleaning service was also great. Thanks again Ruji for the great stay.

I had an amazing stay at Patch’s place. The location is literally perfect, you are so close to everything in sukhimvit, so those that enjoy walking will have the best time here. Everything around is very safe and secure with lots of security. The street is also very close to some of the most famous and popular bars in Bangkok (2 min walking distance).

I always go back to this place everytime I visit Bangkok. It feels like a second home for me. Great hospitality as always!

Because this was my first time in Thailand, I felt lost researching such a big city and so was incredibly happy to arrive at a wonderful condo, in what I learned was a great location, and that it's very clean, quiet, well appointed for a business traveler / tourist, and has wonderful facilities with the rooftop pool, modern gym, and billiard table to name a few. Communication was fast and anything we needed was resolved quickly. Highly recommend and would / probably will stay again.
