Monthly Rentals in Khao Ao Nang

Great location. Quiet but accessible. Very clean and the weekly cleaning service was excellent. Rented a bike and easily went into town and beyond. Plenty of good places to eat and buy from local markets. It was exactly what I wanted for my vacation.

Ice was very kind and helpful, I couldn't get a ride for a Muay Thai class so she helped get me there right on time. The view from the rooftop is beautiful and so is the location being beside the mountains. It's far enough from the main st to be quiet, and it is walkable. There's also laundry service nearby. My only issue at the time was that I noticed a mold smell which came from a leaky bathroom sink. I told Ice about it and she ensured that she will have it fixed so that shouldn't be a problem. I also noticed that mold from moisture is a common issue in humid countries. The place is older but very spacious, it's pretty good value for the price. Ice is very responsive and can also offer suggestions for things to do in the area

In the heart of Ao Nang with many cafes, restaurants and dive shops nearby. Quiet because it’s located up the hill& off the main road. Very friendly staff. Modern apartment & equipment. Very easy prolongation of our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay with Paspicha. The apartment was more spacious than I had thought it would be, large kitchen area, nice patio, and fast wifi. Paspicha was very helpful with a scooter rental (at very decent rate) and arranging ferry tickets to visit nearby islands. Not a far scooter ride to visit the busy beach areas, but we were happy to be in a quiet setting away from Ao Nang. There is a paid washing machine on site that was a bonus too. Highly recommended.
