During our trip, we decided to try something new and rent an entire house in one of Nha Trang’s alleyways — and Trà’s house turned out to be the perfect choice for us. It’s close to many interesting tourist spots, surrounded by plenty of cafes, ATMs, and just a relaxed 5–8 minute walk from the sea. But the highlight was the house itself — it was amazing: cool, spacious, and full of charm! I can definitely recommend renting this house as a wonderful way to immerse yourself in local life with a touch of authenticity!

lovely place, away from the main tourist strip, very serene(but close enough if it's your vibe). Tien and her Mom are lovely. excellent communication, and the place is a super quaint vietnamese traditional house. Do yourself a favour and stay here!

Great House with everything you need

I really enjoyed my time here. The staff were very helpful, and made sure to do everything they could to accommodate my needs. The location is in the less touristy half of the city, which I liked, and is near a beach, and 2 mins from 2 very good cafes. I look forward to my next stay with them!

It was the best vacation of the entire trip to Vietnam! The house itself, the area and the owner - it all turned out to be fantastic. We did archery, paddle surfing, every evening the host cooked us a delicious dinner, you can order natural coffee/juices on the premises. And most importantly, there is no exhausting heat, but a fresh and pleasant climate. We plan to come again for our birthday! Thanks so much for a great time!

Very nice place to stay

Truc is a very conscientious, proactive and committed person.He offered a taxi and it was the best price!Taxis are on time to the designated location and are very reliable! Truc also helped us keep our bags, one stop service, let me leave my luggage in the room, his staff will help us take it, and will be delivered to the front desk beforehand at our appointed time, the service is extraordinary! Truc's house is in the best location, only 3 minutes walk from the sea, surrounded by various gastronomic bars of all kinds of snacks. The room is consistent with the description in the pictures, the two rooms, one hall sea view room, you can cook meals, the apartment has a free infinity pool, and the balcony of the room overlooks the night view of the whole Nha Trang is beautiful! Would definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

I chose this place because I saw a lot of bug issues while trying to stay in downtown Nha Trang, but other than that, I liked it overall, so I thought it was a really good choice. The bus is also right in front, so you can get to and from downtown for a good value, and I liked that it was secluded and peaceful, so you can relax comfortably. I really didn't get a cockroach once for a month, and I was so happy that the pretty ocean could be seen right from the dining table. Communication was quick, so there were no inconveniences, and the accommodation was clean. The apartment was well secured, and it was a fingerprint door, so I felt that there was no need to lose the key. The sea is close, and it's pretty, and I was able to swim comfortably in the sea. If I come back next time, I want to stay here again ~ ~ It was a really happy time!:)

This place is the perfect accommodation! The host responded quickly and helped us with everything we needed. The house had everything to make our stay comfortable without any inconvenience. If we ever come back to Nha Trang, we will definitely choose this place again. Xin chào!

Clean, big enough, comfortable, air conditioning is cold enough, good view, location is close to everywhere The owner helps with everything

Comfortable, modern and well furnished apartment in a great central location 5 mins walk from the beach in Nha Trang. The balcony has a great ocean view. It is very easy to walk to the beach, market, cafes, and restaurants. We loved the views from the Skylight Bar nearby. The host provided local recommendation’s and was frequently in contact to ensure that everything was going well. There is a lovely pool which was the perfect temperature and not crowded. This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in while traveling around Vietnam. We would highly recommend staying here. 😀

Apartment as advertised, tidy, clean and complete. Quick service after booking request, and very friendly. Close to a beautiful beach, surroundings very touristy. For more atmosphere/contact with locals, you'll continue from the beach.

Great place, city view. Friendly host. 10m to walk to the the beach, plus point is that the place is close to well-known local restaurants.

All in all, great. The view is also excellent. However, there is no shelf in the bathroom, so it is unfortunate that you have to leave shampoo or soap on the floor. I am willing to revisit with a great view

Beautiful view, clean place

It was difficult to find a place for two adults and three children, but the apartment in the hotel was the perfect place for our family.Since it was a multi-story, I was worried about the safety of my children, who were 8, 4, and a toddler, but it was great for us, who had 2 rooms, 1 living room, and 2 bathrooms.Since I was in the hotel, it was nice to be able to eat breakfast every day in the breakfast room on the 2nd floor.I had a low index and it was a pity, but I was not hungry and I went out to eat a lot of delicious things.And the location of the accommodation was also good. I saw that it was noisy because it was near the ring club, but I didn't know if it was noisy for my family.When you leave the hotel, walk about 200m to the right, and there is the sea, and there is also a Bencom Plaza Winmart and Subok, so it was really, really convenient, and there are also many massage shops and restaurants around, so it was so nice!And the fridge was a home fridge, so it was nice to buy ice cream and put it in the freezer and take it out when I remembered, and there was a washing machine, so I think I washed my clothes every day with as little clothes as possible and the capsule detergent I brought from home!Awesome! It's a little out of the city center, but I liked it better!If I go to Natrang next time, I'm willing to stay here.It was a pity that the outside view was blocked by the aluminum chassis for safety reasons due to the structure of the apartment, and the bathroom floor after showering.It's very slippery, so I think you'll have to be very careful in a house with a small child.Thanks to Maris Hotel, I was able to take home happy memories from Nha Trang.❤️ Thank you❤️

It was very comfortable and clean

Really comfortable, roomy apartment with a stunning ocean view, and a great location close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a large grocery store. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal including lots of tools, utensils, cups, bowls, etc. Couch is comfortable, good WiFi, plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Washing machine and AC work great. A few things to be aware of: Bed is quite firm and up against the wall (a little awkward for the person against the wall to get out of bed), and you might want an eye mask for the morning sun coming into the bedroom (I used an eye mask but my husband didn’t feel the need, so it just depends on how sensitive you are). We absolutely loved this apartment and our host was super kind and helpful during our stay. We will definitely try to stay here again when we’re in Nha Trang!

Excellent apartment. It was our home for a month and it was very enjoyable. Location was perfect . Very central to everything and minutes from beach. The balcony has sea views which were amazing. Some minor problems were rectified quickly by the host. Very nice pool as well. Would definitely stay there again. Recommended.
