Monthly Rentals in Phnom Penh

Nice loft apartment in a quieter area of Phnom Penh. You don't hear the street noise from the 16th floor apartment, and there is a nice city view and cool breeze that comes in at this height. There are some decent markets a short walk away, and whatever else we wanted to do was a fairly cheap tuk tuk ride away. The roof top pool was nice, but the gym equipment is honestly quite poor. This was not a big deal as there is a very nice professional gym just down the street that only charges 6000 Riel for a day pass. The electricity for the apartment was cheap, only 21000 real for the week we were there, but the deposit system is not so convenient, maybe consider using the airbnb deposit system instead of having to leave cash then arrange to get money back on departure. Over all really great stay, we will return next time we are in the city.

Had the most amazing time in Phnom Penh and this place was certainly a major contributing factor. Would definitely stay here again if I am in town. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Liked the fact the apartment isn't right in the thick of the hustle and bustle , but only a 15/20 minute rid by tuk tuk from all the noisey action and historical attractions. Just a five 5 minute walk from the Lucky market for snakes and drinks. Had a great stay and highly recommend.

Great deal for what you get. Modern and clean 2 bed apartment with the best amenities. Large indoor swimming pool, rooftop infinity pool with jacuzzis and a great gym. The apartment itself is furnished well albeit on the smaller side. Host was great with communication considering it was the New Year. It is located about 5km from the city centre but it is only a 20 minute car journey, so if you don’t mind this, it is worthy of a stay.
