We had a great time during our stay.

There are more procedures for check-in, but I understand that this is a security arrangement. The environment is very good. There is a shopping mall downstairs, and the bank is also very close. It is close to Top of Hanoi and Japan Street. It is very good.

Me’s Home is a great place to stay, it’s close to lots of tourist spots, has complete amenities, clean and neat, and An is a really helpful and responsive host. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy since it’s near the train street and some restaurants, but An thoughtfully provides earplugs, which really help. Definitely recommended if you’re visiting Hanoi. Will definitely stay at An’s Airbnb again!

The location is really close to train station and almost everything. Room is accurate as it picture. Love this place!

The place as per describe. The location is the best, as its very near to hoan kiem lake and many other attractive places. The outer looks may looks old, as common neighbourhood house in Hanoi, and when go in you might find little odd due it went through aisle, which is very common in Hanoi, as the house mostly located inside the aisle however w private entrance only for that neighbourhood. Once u reach the house and enter, its totally like an apartment/nice hotel, with unique arrangement of 1st fl living room, and upstairs 2 different bedroom with tv projector (youtube/etc). The bathroom is very clean and toileteries provided. The best is the services, the flexibility and kindness of the host, which makes our stay even more pleasureable. Well recommended for one who want to experience living near neighbourhood w nice and cozy place to stay.

We worked remotely here for 3 weeks and it was great. The apartment is spacious and functional. The internet works perfectly. The kitchen is stocked well for cooking and the bedroom is very comfortable. The location is easily walkable to most points of interest in Hanoi. Phong was very helpful to get us water as we always drink a lot of it. The weekly apartment cleaning was a nice touch. It is on the 5th floor with no elevator, so make sure before booking this apartment that you are aware of this. We loved the family dinners each week, Phong and Hue are amazing cooks and even better hosts. They were so friendly and helpful the whole time we were there and they made us feel right at home. Thanks for a great stay, we will come back if we return to Hanoi!

We had a great stay with Tea, she was so helpful with local gems including activities, sightseeing, food recommendations, and more. She was a great communicator and very responsive. If it’s your first time here I would absolutely recommend Tea and her place as she was so helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

This is a great house for a big family. It is in a great locality, within walking distance of the night market, shoe market, Hoan Kiem lake and all the great places in Hanoi. The hosts are extremely friendly , proactive and helpful. They let us rest and keep our bags before check in time and also offered us to stay at a larger property of theirs to accommodate our request for a late check out. Thanks to the entire team - Mr. Nam, Ms. Phuong, Mr. Huy and the entire team for making out stay so comfortable and for being so helpful. All the best to the entire team.

We had a great one-night stay in this spacious and comfortable apartment right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The place was clean, had strong A/C, and was just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake with plenty to see and do nearby, restaurants, cafes, night markets, and historic spots. The host was very responsive and helpful, and even greeted us in person at check-in, which made us feel very welcome. Perfect spot for a short or long vacation in Hanoi. Highly recommend!

Linh's place is cozy and conveniently located with many great places to visit or eat around. The host is super responsive and helpful during my stay. I would definitely stay at her place next time in town.

Good space to live in

I stayed in Nam's place with a family of four and we loved the space and the location. The space is very large and we could all spread out with our own rooms and bathrooms. Our teenagers loved it. The location near the lake and restaurants was excellent. You could get excellent cheap street food or go to higher end restaurants on the same block. Excellent coffee places were just a step or two away. The owner was super responsive helping us with airport transport and answering questions. Would stay there again. One of favorite Airbnbs as a family.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! We had such a relaxing time. Thanks! 😊

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Everything was great! I really liked this place — it’s close to the lake and just as described. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s place in Hanoi! The apartment was clean, complete with everything I needed, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect home base for exploring the city. Helen was an amazing host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with great local tips. Me and my Highschool friends truly felt welcomed and taken care of. A very comfortable and cozy apartment with everything you need for life. The host is friendly, answers all questions instantly. The location of Ecopark is simply magical, there is a good infrastructure, it is convenient to walk, swans (including black ones) swim in the river, peacocks and geese walk further in the park, there are a lot of Japanese restaurants and coffee shops around.
