Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Key Biscayne

The home was very clean and welcoming. Flowers were blooming on the trees which made the home and neighborhood beautiful. The location really worked for us since most of our activities were near or in downtown Miami. Many stores, restaurants and highways near by which made things so much easier. Host were responsive and helped us out when needed. Definitely one of the better Airbnbs we’ve stayed at in Miami :)

Marc’s home was a wonderful place for us to spend our two weeks in Miami. The house is well equipped and the grill works well. The pool and backyard was well taken care of and exactly what we were looking for. A short drive to many of the main neighborhoods (Wynwood, brickell & Miami Beach) we wanted to visit and walkable to little Havana. House was secure and we felt safe throughout. Overall great stay!

The house was beautiful, our host’s responsiveness was perfect and quick. When the stove top kept cutting off, she purchased and had a new one installed the next day. When she saw the grass was a little high she sent the landscaper over immediately. Her customer service was impressive. I would definitely stay again.

Daniel & Orlando's place was very cozy and clean. All the instructions were clear, and easy access to get in and out. Communication with D&O was great! The backyard was beautiful and very tropical. We had many iguana friends who visited us every day (as well as ducks). D&O's house has character and is super cute. They have everything you need in case you forget to pack something, don't worry I can guarantee they have it there! This house is fully furnished and stocked with essentials. My sons enjoyed fishing the canal in the backyard. I would recommend this place, especially for a family. This place is family-friendly.

Don’t even know where to begin! Our best Airbnb experience! The photos of the home were accurate, it’s just as beautiful as pictured. HOWEVER the grounds on the property were way way prettier than pictured! It really felt like having your own private park! Everything was so well thought out, and communicated, it really was a perfect stay. My only complaint about the experience was having to return to our home afterwards!

We had a great time here, the space was amazing and perfect for our family. Incredibly clean and modern, great location and great outside area to relax in.

Excellent séjour à Miami. L’appartement est très confortable, très propre, très bien situé dans l’agréable quartier de Brickell où rien ne manque. Commerces, restaurants et transports à proximité. L’accès y est très facile. Le parking est un vrai plus quand on loue une voiture. Cinthia est aux petits soins. Nous la remercions pour sa bienveillance, ses conseils et sa réactivité. Le seul petit bémol concerne la situation de l’appartement par rapport à la piscine: la terrasse en possède un accès direct, ce qui est très sympa mais lorsque la piscine est très fréquentée, la promiscuité avec les autres usagers n’est pas très agréable. Sur les photos, il y avait de la végétation le long de la clôture mais elle n’y est plus. En revanche, le soir c’était très agréable de profiter de la vue sur la piscine joliment éclairée. Ceci étant, ce petit désagrément ne nous a pas empêché de passer un super séjour et il y a tant à faire à Miami… Il n’y a plus qu’à profiter!

What a VIEW. Very spacious, modern furniture and vibe, gym pool and spa access, lots of cool people to run into in the lobby, elevator, and pool. Loved our stay here.

Our stay at Dharma was absolutely impeccable! The apartment is stunning, with a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen was well-equipped, and everything was spotless upon arrival. We requested an early check-in, and the team accommodated us seamlessly. I super recommend Dharma and will definitely book again on our next trip to Miami!

I loved this Airbnb, has been my favorite so far. It is very modern and clean! I enjoyed my stay and loved how everything was walking distance! The amenities were wonderful. The host was very communicative and responsive, I enjoyed my vacation and hope to be back soon!

This place and the hosts stood up to all the previous reviews. Loved the comfy bed, the awesome parking, the privacy and easy check in process. Pool is beautiful. Everything was meticulously cleaned. Had everything needed for a comfy stay. Host was personable and extremely helpful. I honestly never stay in “guesthouse” situations, but this one is set up like a private home. So glad I took a chance, will stay again!

Gina was a great host. Her property was cute and cozy and the perfect getaway for my partner and I. Her and her team were not only responsive but super friendly. The private outdoor area was a great addition to the property. We hung out outside and enjoyed the great Miami weather. Though we did not use it, there was also a barbecue available. Would definitely recommend booking!

For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The home was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed with a warm and inviting style, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated that the host provided 2 beach umbrellas and chairs for us to take to the beach — such a thoughtful touch! The location couldn’t be better: just a quick 4-minute drive to the beach. Philippe was amazing, always responding quickly to messages and even welcomed us with fresh fruit and wine upon arrival. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami. My fiancé and I were beyond satisfied with our stay — 100% recommended!

Great views huge balcony, high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows. The furniture was great to lounge hang out, large closet and drawer space. Garage was a little difficult to go up and down from 5th floor and than elevator or stair to 6 th floor. Overall a great stay ample room and modern feel. The kitchen had all needed utensils. Coffee maker was great to have on ready for morning even had expresso and tea. Bed was big and comfortable.
