Beach house vacation rentals in Key Biscayne

Excellent does not do justice for our stay. The house was perfect, clean, great location, private, and had everything we needed for two adults and an infant. Ben was extremely responsive and willing to accommodate however needed. It was a quick easy walk to the beach, restaurants, quick drives if you wanted to check out other beaches or towns, and the hot tub made for a perfect end of the day. We are already in talks of another vacation next year in hopes this home will be available.

Eliran was probably the most proactive and responsive owner I have ever rented from. The location of this house is great. It is just steps from the broadwalk and has views of the beach from the kitchen alcove.

This house is adorable. The little veranda where you can have your morning coffee is really private. The outdoor shower was really cute and it’s literally steps from Hollywood Beach. He had chairs available for us to use. The kitchen was really well stocked beds were clean and bathroom was clean. It was very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again

The house was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean, and we loved our stay! The house was equipped with everything we needed for a lovely beach weekend! We would love to book again!

Erick could not have been a better host, and the house could not have been a better fit for our group. It’s SO close to the beach, and it’s stocked with beach chairs, paddleboard, kayak, etc. The pool is lovely and the rooms are very spacious. No complaints at all! We are already thinking of booking for next year!

This house was beautiful and clean. It was extremely comfortable. The backyard is completely private and the pool was clean and a great size. The landscaping in the backyard really added to the enjoyment as well. The house has everything you would need. It’s in a quiet peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful trail right there, and the beach is walking distance. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

We had an absolutely amazing family trip at this home! It was perfect for all ages—there were so many fun activities to keep the kids entertained, from the pool complete with floats and swimmies to beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and bikes and even the thoughtful additions for our little ones like the pack and play and highchair made our stay so much easier. The house was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a family-friendly getaway that’s both relaxing and packed with thoughtful touches, look no further. We can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back someday!

This is our 4th year staying at Chris and Jamie’s house. We love it! It is clean, beautiful and has every amenity you need. It’s quite, we love the pool and canal. It’s a very safe neighborhood and Chris and Jamie are the best hosts! Can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

We had the best time at Rich & Lindsey’s. It was exactly as pictured, spotless, spacious, with a gorgeous heated pool and backyard. It was probably the nicest Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at and we have stayed at many! I hope to come back in the future.

It was a great stay. Perfect for our group of 10! It matches the photos and description perfectly. Easy few minutes walk to the beach. Had a minor issue with the hot tub, but it was addressed promptly and effectively. Be sure to ask for it to be turned on during your stay.

Stayed here with two families, group of 9. We had plenty of space. Inside- the house was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of extra blankets and air mattresses, and game room was a hit with the kids! Kitchen fully stocked with appliances. Appreciated alarms on doors. Only downsides inside- filtered water at the kitchen sink did not work and the water on the fridge had a strange taste. Outside- Beautiful, peaceful, private and relaxing!! We loved the outside kitchen, ample seating, pool table and the pool. We spent most of our time in this area. Downside outside- we were told there was beach gear but the chairs and umbrella were broken and no cooler as described. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Close drive to the beach. Overall, loved our stay.

This place was the perfect location for our group! SO close to the beach and a quick Uber ride to bars and restaurants. Storme had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, and the pool area was amazing!

We stayed at this house as a family of four adults and one toddler. It was a fantastic experience. The house was clean, comfortable and full of amenities. The "guesthouse" was perfect for the grandparents who traveled with us to stay and have their own little area. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. Can't really get much closer to the beach--about a two minute walk. And the garage has a beach cart and a ton of beach toys and equipment (chairs, cooler, towels, etc.). We had one minor issue the first night and Amy was very responsive. Scott, the handyman, was there the next morning and fixed it. He was friendly and helpful. Pool was great and with the heated water, we were able to enjoy swimming despite temps in the high 60s. One thing to note for families--there are no bath tubs in the house (just three showers on the property). We should have realized this (first time traveling with our kid). Not a huge deal but be prepared. Highly recommend this house. We hope to return!

My wife, two boys and I stayed here and this place is amazing. Tastefully decorated and great attention to detail. I can’t say enough how great the location is being close to a grocery store, Walgreens, Starbucks, Krispy Kreme, a sporting goods store, and a Shake Shack. This host was great and the house is set up perfectly for a vacation get away that is close to the beach. Great choice for a family with kids (because of the two bathrooms) and my boys caught fish off the dock when we were enjoying some downtime out of the sun. If you are comparing staying in a hotel versus this house, don’t underestimate the value of the enclosed garage and the washer and dryer on site. Definitely going to stay here again (wife and teenage boys loved it too). Five star property and host.

This home is beautiful. Looks exactly like it does in all the pictures. It was wonderful to have our own private pool. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. We had everything we needed and did not have to call ours hosts for anything. Would definitely return!

Love this place! We have stayed at many houses over the years but this was by far the best we have ever stayed at. It was so beautiful at night just relaxing in the pool/hot tub and hanging out outside! The kitchen was fully stocked and easy tp prepare food for our party right at home! I never wanted to leave! Miriam was so responsive to any of our needs, even giving us good restaurant suggestions! Beautiful home.
