Mr. Okan is very hospitable. She was very interested from the beginning to the end of the reservation. She took care of every question we had right away. Ms. Nesrin and her husband were a very good host. They were right next to us in all our needs. The house had everything you could need. We had a very pleasant time. We had a very pleasant time. We had the opportunity to meet Ms. Aysun on the last days of our vacation. She's a very friendly and hospitable person. The house was absolutely perfect. It was quite clean and big. The fact that the sea is stony is a little bad, but we swam very comfortably with sea shoes. It was a beautiful holiday as if you had your own beach. I hope we get the opportunity to come back 🙏🏻

We had a great stay at Ali Bera’s place. The apartment was exceptionally clean — truly one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in — and very well-organized. It felt like a home away from home. The location is peaceful and the surroundings are lovely, perfect for a quiet getaway. Do note that the road leading to the property can feel a bit sketchy at night, though it’s still drivable. Also, there are no supermarkets, pharmacies, or shops nearby, so it’s best to come prepared. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a cozy and spotless space!

A place where you can be in touch with nature. The house had everything from a dishwasher to air conditioning. The view from Orhangazi- Iznik road to the house is also great. Iznik and Orhangazi districts are also quite close. For those who do not have private vehicles, public transportation vehicles are very close to the location of the house. The hot spring will be opened soon, and we were a little relaxed in the nearby little hot spring. I look forward to coming back.

Great place for a quite getaway. Cool interior and extra spacious. No need to even leave the space, you have everything you need to enjoy the stunning view. Yusuf Bey will take care of everything you need, whenever you need. Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

Very nice house in the middle of the turkish culture. We enjoyed our stay. The host is speaking English and was providing all necessary information. There is all necessary for the kitchen, washing and everything! The terrace is amazing. The people around are very friendly and helpful. Our kids was playing with the neighbors kids and it was amazing for all of them. The trucks with fruits and vegetables, corn, some pastries are passing almost every day and you can find all you need in the nearby stores. There are also supermarkets in 5-10 min by car. We enjoyed the sea and the mountains. This was a really emersion in the turkish culture. Thank you a lot for this holidays 🙏

A wonderful cozy house in a pine forest, a stunning terrace overlooking the sunset! absolute silence! 20 minutes to the ski resort - leave early, and you will be the first to take off your velvet on the slope. The owners are very hospitable - they met us, showed us everything in the house, warmed it up for our arrival and told us in detail where it is best to park at the resort and where the slopes are for our level of skiing. thank you very much! a dream weekend!
