I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

We had the best stay ever at Kate's place. We'd booked for Mothers Day and my family had flown in from different states, so I was incredibly pleased with how perfect our accommodation was. The photos really don't do it justice and the extra care and special touches made us feel so very welcome. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Highly recommend this stay. Such a beautiful large house great for lots of couples. Has all of the amenities you need and nice and close to the main town. House was very responsive and also offered us a late check out which was nice.

Frank was a great host & left simple checkin instructions. The house was as described & was excellent for a large group (16), with good indoor & outdoor entertainment areas. Slightly inconvenient having to provide your own linen given we were a large group - but this was outlined in the listing & Frank's reminder message. Would definitely stay again.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! Our host went above and beyond by giving us a full tour of the house upon arrival, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made it feel like we were staying at a private villa. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. A stunning homestead with beautiful views, hidden away in the Otways. Jasmin was very flexible and communicated really well. The home was very clean and all instructions to use appliances or spa were clear and easy to follow. Would recommend this home to anyone wanting a peaceful and tranquil escape to nature with all the amenities within the home. Will hopefully be back again.... This was one of the best place we have ever stayed in. We arrived at night, so we didnt get to see the view yet. Getting to the place requires some sharp eye to notice the 'Impiana' sign as it was pitch dark. GPS did not actually bring us to the right place the first time. The next morning, we woke up to the awesome view at the bedroom window. It was mesmerizing. Perched up on a hill, the house is overlooking Apollo Bay. As it is away from traffic or neighbours, the place was so peaceful. I had hot coffee and cookies at the bench outside, while appreciating the natural beauty of the picturesque view, in winter weather. Such an amazing feeling. The place is also well thought of, from the kitchen to the bathroom. We settled in well. No wifi provided, so there is minimal distraction to social media. We enjoyed family time watching DVDs of movies during my childhood days. Truly amazing. We found it hard to leave the place. Will definitely be back when exploring Great Ocean Road again.

Our stay at the deck house was more than spectacular. The location is beautiful and the view is breathtaking! Easily the best accomodation I have ever stayed at! The deck house team were so helpful and the amenities in the home were great. My partner and I had such a great time that we didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be making a return sometime in the future!

I booked Nick’s place for a restorative weekend away with a group of girlfriends and would highly recommend it. The house is absolutely beautiful, tasteful furnishings, well appointed kitchen and pantry and well stocked with beautiful towels and linens. The view is stunning. it is a beautiful location. the house was very nice. I would go again. the only slight issue was the driveway is very steep and not sealed all the way so it was a bit scary driving up and our wheels spun. otherwise, everything was great.

We had a great long weekend down at Wye River. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the water from kitchen & living room. We found Sharee to be incredibly proactive throughout the process and helping navigate a power outage (not property related) across all of Wye River. Highly recommend the property and Sharee.

Beautiful location in nature with breathtaking views of the ocean and incredible birdlife. You could stay for a week and never leave the house! Quiet, peaceful and a perfect romantic getaway!

Best views by far of any place we've stayed in, glorious views of the sea and the bush all around. We spotted koalas, kangaroos, wallabies and many native birds near the house. The three separate living areas made this a brilliant place for a large family group as it was so quiet for sleeping and playing games separate from others when needed, but there was also a really lovely big shared living space. The local coastline is stunning, with a 5 minute drive to the coast and 10 to a good patrolled swimming beach, and scenic drives to both Lorne and Apollo Bay. Brigitte was super friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. We won't forget this unique stay.

Mel’s house is awesome for families. Lots of space, well kitted out kitchen, handy to the beach and Kafe Koala, surrounded by trees and included visits from the local birds, wallaby’s and koalas. Mel is such a friendly, helpful host. Highly recommend.

Very spacious, well thought out place. Lisa & Matt have created something truly special. Generous and well thought out home, provided with amenities. Great location 40mins from Apollo bay / Lorne, 30mins from Colac and an 1hr drive from the 12 (i think 7 now) apostles. Would definitely come back!

Sarah's home is a gorgeous treetop delight. It's two-levels, which means wheelchair users will not be able to use the outdoor shower, however the top floor (where you enter) has everything else you may need. The instructions are great, and it is a beautiful place to stay in the bush. I was able to get my van with a side entrance in but it was tight. Powered wheelchair users might find the bathroom challenging if they are unable to transfer easily but the living areas and the bedroom are very spacious. The road to get in is unsealed and the grading is very patchy so try to avoid going at night or in the wet if you can. All in all a lovely, well managed, reasonably priced place to stay, from a truly helpful, friendly and responsive host. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to people.

As we were attending a weekend function at Wye River Hotel, the proximity of the Treehouse to the pub was extremely close which was great as the surrounding roads are very steep. Also great location close to the beach for morning walks! The house had fabulous ocean views and was very clean & comfortable. Great stay! 😊
